  My UO (y'all don't come for me...), ever since I had DD I can't stand animals. Maybe because my German Shepherd bit my husband for trying to put him outside a couple nights after we got home from the hospital from delivering DD. We had a rough night after she hadn't peed in 24 hours and took her to the ER after she was screaming nonstop (very unlike her). Once we got there she pooped and peed when they did the rectal thermometer and she was instantly relieved. Anyways, now I can't even look at the dog. DH keeps him outside and in the sunroom and is supposed to be working on finding him a new home. It's been almost a year and I'm at my wits end. I wanted the sunroom to be our kids playroom. Now I'm bitter towards all animals. I don't want them near DD and just looking at them makes me sick. I don't see why people love animals so much even to the point of loving them more than humans! Forget Harambe a freaking child almost died. I really hope my kids don't ask for pets when they grow up. Maybe my heart will have softened by then...
  
  ETA: I used to adore animals when I was little. Even wanted to be a vet for a while. Funny how motherhood changes everything.

  I'm not sure if this is unpopular or not but I was really disappointed with how fast the admins shut down threads now. I was so surprised the one yesterday got shut down. Compared to my old board that thread was like sunshine and rainbows lol

  Yes!! I saw that on the one about her not tellingher bf. uummm... that was nothing compared to some some drama I have seen.
