GTKY: What's the weirdest pregnancy thing that you've googled so far?

I think I got all my weird googling out of the way with my first. So far, I've just googled whether I can still drink my Celestial Seasonings fruit teas.

@gipfish is the pregnancy class at your OB? Or are you taking a class elsewhere?

Upcoming appointments this week? Still not until 12/26!

Any new symptoms or changes? Boobs are less sore and bloat doesn't seem to be as drastic... which of course has my PGAL brain going crazy. But I have had nausea lately so maybe that's a good sign?

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm in the 1 week countdown until the ultrasound! I can't wait! My friend is flying in the afternoon of the ultrasound and staying for a few days. DH and I don't want to tell any friends yet so I'll be spending the next week coming up with an excuse to not drink any wine during her visit!

GTKY: What's the weirdest pregnancy thing that you've googled so far? If noise irritability is a pregnancy symptom haha a lot of forums had women saying yes, but I assume it's my hormones just being annoyed more easily haha

Upcoming appointments this week?

No appointments. Generally don't schedule until 9 weeks as I've had two previous miscarriages. I am thinking of going with a midwife this time though!

Any new symptoms or changes?

Faitigue is still rocking my world, breat tenderness has increased. Gassy/heartburn. I will also feel hungry, but by the time just down and eat it just makes me want to vomit. Sporadic morning sickness as well.

GTKY: What's the weirdest pregnancy thing that you've googled so far?

I have managed to stay away from google so far as my youngest just spent the weekend in the hospital with a bad asthma attack.

How big is baby? Sweet pea (where do you get all the other cute things. Just Google I guess?)

Upcoming appointments this week? Next Friday! 23rd. They'll try an abdominal u/s, but I don't want to get my hopes up.

Any new symptoms or changes? Had a couple moments of nausea but it passed. Still crampy sometimes but it's changing forms. Now like, in my vagina is crampy. Blech. Oh, and occasional sore boobs, mainly at night.

GTKY: What's the weirdest pregnancy thing that you've googled so far? Probably would be if pee smells during pregnancy, haha. The answer is yes. Some women can smell the hcg apparently.

Any new symptoms or changes? Nausea was pretty terrible Friday but settled down the rest of the weekend. Also boobs are incredibly sore now.

Rants/Raves/Questions? DH's brother, who lives with us, smokes. And he never smokes inside but just the way he smells when he comes back in drives me NUTS. Drove me to vomit Friday

GTKY: What's the weirdest pregnancy thing that you've googled so far? Mostly just what kinds of food to avoid. I never 100% trust myself that I'm remembering the list correctly.

@dmajer The ones I can remember off the top of my head are non heated cold cuts and raw fish (tuna as well because of the mercury).

@mokay19 At my OB. They said the class is called "Welcome to Pregnancy," but I'm hoping there is a lot of explaining how they do things at this particular place rather than just how pregnancy and childbirth work, because I have a 1 year old. It's all still fresh in my memory.

@akwr There is also an app called Ovia that has 4 themes for baby sizes: fruits and vegetables, Parisian bakery, weird but cute animals, and fun and games.

Started puking last Friday, but only puking once a day so far! I had HG last pregnancy so this is nothing. Super super tired all day.

GTKY: What's the weirdest pregnancy thing that you've googled so far?
Only thing I've googled is medication. We've all been sick and I could handle the cold but had a really bad headache for a few days in a row. I always forget if it's ibuprofen or acetaminophen that is okay (it's acetaminophen).

Upcoming appointments this week? Seeing the hematologist Friday. Hopefully he will also throw in an HCG test since my OB won't even confirm pregnancy until 8 weeks.

Any new symptoms or changes? So far, so good! Feeling tired more often, but it's still coming in waves.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Is there any time that you haven't felt something going on since you got our BFP this time or in previous pregnancies? I guess it's just my intestines, but I can't forget I'm KU.

Any new symptoms or changes? Someone actually guessed that I was pregnant from my "little bump"... yea that's baby weight from DD and bloating but thank you. And last night I had some bad nausea for the first time. Not sure if it's mental bc I got a bad round of nausea at 7 weeks with my 1st and was on the lookout.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I do not want to wait til 9 weeks to get my first ultrasound. I know it's only 2 weeks away but I saw DD at 6 weeks. I just feel like they should see people earlier in case anything needed addressing ugh

GTKY: What's the weirdest pregnancy thing that you've googled so far? I googled about sore nipples bc breastfeeding DD has been TORTURE. Google informed me that it's the #1 reason for weaning during pregnancy. I just need to get this kid to 1 year so I can be done.

Any new symptoms or changes? The morning sickness has hit. I've lost almost 5 lbs since we found out last Monday, so I am really focusing on getting food in me and staying hydrated this week.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Just impatient for my ultrasound! Although I'm thankful we're getting one this early since we conceived through fertility treatments!
