No Yolk Sac

There is a Fetal Pole and a HB of 147bpm but no yolk sac. According to my LMP I'm 6 weeks, they measure 7w1d. So everything I'm reading says there should be a yolk sac by now.
Anyone dealing or dealt with this before?

I always thought the yolk sac comes first, is your uterus tilted? Maybe they can't see it.

No tilted uterus that I'm aware of. And she did look for over 30 min (no just for the sac but the whole process)
