I prepared padscicles before going to the hospital and then forgot to use them when I got home. Is 10 days after delivery too late to use? Recovering from 1st degree tear.

    If you still feel pain they'll probably still be worth using. Personally they were too cold when frozen for me. I preferred the room temp witch hazel wipes laid over a pad.

    Use them as long as you're uncomfortable. I also hated them frozen, as if my lady bits weren't already irritated enough.... But use them if you're still needing them!
