I'm starving this time which is so different from last time. Last night I decided I needed maple and brown sugar oatmeal and I had to have it then. In the mornings I want eggs. Apples are so good.
I never drink orange juice, I hate the smell, but with my last pregnancy and again now, I have craved it!

Mommy to a super cute havanesse puppy and baby boy!
I'm trying to be healthy, snacking on raisins and apple slices right now @secicc12. Since my mobility is limited because of my knee injury, I can't afford to eat junk.
@secicc12 it does make it easier to lose the weight.. when I was diagnosed last pregnancy I lost weight after being put on the diet, I'm actually kinda grateful that I was forced to do it
I have been so so SO starving this whole time so far, and I cannot get enough of anything involving bananas or peanut butter. But to be honest, my pregnant self cannot stop thinking about a frisco melt from Steak 'n Shake.
I'm so all over the place. One day I'm not hungry at all, other days I'm starving all the time. I'm trying to not eat so much bad stuff yet. Since I was doing super LC anything I eat this carby I am gaining from that. So I'm trying to stay away from the bread, pastas, etc. But adding in fruits, veggies etc. But sweets are getting me. But for the dinner the past two nights I've had veggies and dip!
I have no taste for sweets any more! They don't make me sick, I just don't have an appetite for them. I keep dreaming about soup and salads. That pretty much sums up my week in food. lol
My pregnant self was craving meatloaf and mashed potatoes. We didn't have anything to make it so luckily DH stopped to pick the stuff up. I made it a couple of days ago and eating leftovers every meal. Including breakfast...
I went out and bought a little birthday cake yesterday...no one has a birthday in my house until Jan 31st lol!! I'm not eating it alone. DS and DH are helping. I only ate one piece but I've been craving it all week.

Omg I craved birthday cake with my first pregnancy!!!!
It's still really early, so I can't say I really notice a lot of differences. I normally have cereal with almond milk in the morning, but like @SouthernMama I have been wanting maple and brown sugar oatmeal for breakfast and apples for a snack. DH normally makes dinner and he wasn't home the last two nights, so I took out a frozen pizza last night... and I'm gonna blame it on preggo brain because I found it uncooked, still in the wrapper, on the counter this morning. I fell asleep on the couch and forgot.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@secicc12 Thanks! I had no appetite as I left the house (I was gagging this morning on my snot) and then I got here and was hungry and thought oh shit what am I going to eat. Cookies to the rescue.
I usually have a sweet tooth but the last week I haven't wanted anything sweet. Hopefully that remains because I am starting this pregnancy heavier than I wish, so having a slow weight gain would be a good thing.

So happy to be expecting our sixth child in August 2017!
I haven't had any cravings, but I used to LOVE dessert. Now I can't stand sweets!
I have actually had a hard time finding things to eat that sound good. I eat a lot of yogurt and granola. I usually have a huge salad for either lunch or dinner (gotta get those greens!). I'm also eating a lot of chicken and salmon.
I finally wanted to eat the cookies I baked this weekend!!! I usually love them, but I was so meh about them until today. DH just brought home Panera broccoli cheddar soup, one of my faves, and is making grilled cheese! I am a happy lady.

We had a holiday lunch event at work today and I couldn't stomach the sight of any of the chicken, beef, etc at the buffet. I ended up not eating and getting myself a grilled cheese in the cafeteria afterwards. And it was delicious!

Our nanny made an awesome casserole last night with cauliflower, sweet potato, and ground turkey... so I'm definitely eating that.
I don't seem to have too much of an appetite.. I know I should be eating throughout the day but nothing appeals to me.

And watermelon.
Tonight we had steak tips, green beans, and Sister Shubert rolls. Gotta love that bread-baking nun!
