  • 1.  What is your health/nutrition goal this week?
    To not over-do it. It makes me feel bad, stretch out too much, and I'm constipated so that doesn't help. But it's one of the only things I can "do" right now with others (DH and I keep going out for lunch and stuff) which is dangerous.
    2.  What is your fitness goal this week?
    I'm going to hike or swim today with DH. Yesterday we went for a walk. My goals are small now.
    3.  Any challenges this week?
    My movement feels SO limited. And I'm feeling really insecure about going into labor for some reason.
    4.  How did you do with your goals last week?
    There weren't any. I walked. That's it. I did eat some good salads.
    5.  GTKY:  What is/was your favorite part of being pregnant? 
    The increased circulation. I LOVE not having my hands and feet go numb in the cold.

    1.  What is your health/nutrition goal this week?
    To eat enough of the right kinds of calories/healthy fats to keep up milk production. I keep forgetting to eat... no bueno. 

    2.  What is your fitness goal this week?
    I can't do much, currently 2wks PP. I think I'll start incorporating walking this week. I'm going to start working out, when I can, with Kristy from @babyfitgym and I'm really really excited!!

    3.  Any challenges this week?
    Not overdoing it.... picking up my toddler, housework, etc

    4.  How did you do with your goals last week?
    I survived the first week PP. Good 'nuf

    5.  GTKY:  What is/was your favorite part of being pregnant? 
    I really loved being pregnant both times!! I loved feeling the babies move, I loved the feeling of creating another being. I never really got sick so I was able to thoroughly enjoy the whole process. I think I'll miss it, on some level, knowing it will never happen again
