  How far along are you? 21 weeks

  
  

  How big is baby? 11 inches or they size of a carrot
  
  What have you done this week to prepare for baby? I've been working on my registry and took a big load of stuff to Goodwill to make room for baby

  
  

  Appointments this week? Friday, just a regular appointment and going over there anatomy ultrasound in more detail. Hopefully they'll have they're 2017 schedule and I can make the rest of my appointments.

  
  

  Symptoms? Major fatigue, otherwise not much

  
  

  Rant/Rave/Questions? 

  
  

  GTKY: How is your Christmas present shopping going? I've got all of it done except for one gift. Shopping this year seemed so stressful, I wish people in my husbands family would create lists and offer up ideas for all the kids.

  What have you done this week to prepare for baby? We have the nursery painted, crib and rocker purchased and waiting on delivery. Hoping to work on the nursery over my winter break (I'm a teacher)
  

  
  

  Appointments this week? I have an appointment this upcoming Monday (19th)
  

  
  

  Symptoms? Nothing much at all...a few backaches here and there, but otherwise I feel great!
  

  
  

  Rant/Rave/Questions? I love the holiday season, but we have been busy every single night and weekend and it's wearing on me. This homebody misses her cozy couch and Christmas movies!
  

  
  

  GTKY: How is your Christmas present shopping going? Done shopping and have wrapped all but 2 gifts...I did all my shopping online this year and it was glorious!

  We're kind of at a stalemate on this as it looks like since the spare room is now our 'bunny room', baby will be staying in our room until she's old enough to share a room with DD. I'm brainstorming ways to convince DH we should move the bunnies into the basement somehow...it makes me so sad that she won't have her own nursery 
  
  Had my anatomy scan on Friday (the 9th) and baby is a healthy little girl! DD is so excited to have a baby sister
  
  Not many symptoms other than bad back pain when I wake up and some exhaustion in the evenings
  
  I work at a grocery store and we're having a Christmas lunch at work on the 23rd and my store manager wants to do a little gender reveal with all my coworkers! She's going to pass on the envelope to the baker and they'll do the pink icing in the cake so it should be pretty fun! Will be hard keeping it a secret at work until then though
  
  Only have my bff left to shop for! We planned to do a spa day together but had to end up cancelling because she just had surgery and won't be able to use most of the amenities at the spa so we'll do gifts this year and spa day again next year. Then just need to wrap and all is done!

  GTKY: How is your Christmas present shopping going? mostly done need to pick up a few bits for one of my nieces and parents gifts.. I'm trying to figure out something different this year for in laws as we always get them the same things.. but can't think of anything else they want or need!

  Not a whole lot.  We are moving soon so there isn't a whole lot that I feel I can do at this point.

  Symptoms?

  Still super tired.  I was having BH contractions that have thankfully went away.  Hoping that they don't come back for a while.  I feel like it's way too early for them.

  None that I can think of

  I am pretty much done.  I just need to find something small for my brother from DS.
