Baby Book/Journal specifically for those that had IF issues??

Hi ladies - when we got pregnant naturally I had bought a baby book to track my pregnancy. I actually didn't use it b/c I wanted to wait until after my first u/s which didn't go as planned. I've just broken it back out and, well, there are so many things that just don't apply if you went through this process. Does anyone know of anything out there that exists for those of us that dealt with IF?

It isn't specifically for IVF, but it is very customizable so it was easy for me to make little labels for when my FET was, list all my meds, etc.
