I realized that I haven't updated in a while so I thought I would give an update of our appointment today!
Today we had our 23 week appointment. We had our ultrasound and all babies are great and each weighing in at a little over a pound. Baby C is our small one but Dr. says it is not a significant amount and doesn't have any concern. All babies are growing bigger and with that it is harder to get good images. Today we were only able to get good profiles of baby A and baby C!
After our ultrasound we met with my Dr who stated that everything looks great with babies but could tell that I'm growing bigger and things are getting harder. With that she has requested that I be on bedrest at home which means no cooking, cleaning or chasing after our 3 year old (which will be the hardest for me!) We go back on 12/22 to see how the babies are doing and how I am doing. At that point the Dr will decide if I will be able to continue bedrest at home or need to be admitted to the hospital. I have my fingers and toes crossed in hopes I can manage to be home for Christmas, although the Dr made it very clear that ending up in the hospital in the near future is inevitable!
For anyone that would like more consistent updates or would like to follow our journey we also have a facebook group that I will post the link to as well. If the link doesn't work you can find us by searching "the cook quads: four more to adore"
