I didn't feel it until later in my first pregnancy, but yes, the initial baby movements can feel kinda like light pops or butterflies. I think that's what you're describing.
Sometimes stuff like that is ligaments and bones. Our hormones have shifted to loosen joints and allow things to spread...so things like hip popping, widening feet, and crackly joints are more usual during pregnancy.
If baby is moving, it will feel like carbonated bubbles in the beginning.
I've had that sensation before. Your body is doing some crazy shit right now and things are moving, stretching, etc. I'm sure it's nothing serious, but from my personal experience baby movement didn't feel like a "pop". Felt more like butterflies at the beginning and concluded with full on karate chops and kicks to my organs months later.
