Well, my wondfos should arrive today. So, even though I should wait until next weekend I might make a bad choice and test this weekend.

We drew secret Santa names at work yesterday. I'm pleased with who I got since I actually have some ideas for what to get her. And I actually managed to get up after temping this morning instead of going back to sleep like I normally do. I should be able to get into work on time (if I can manage to get off TB). Plus it's casual Thursday today since our boss is out this week

I pretty much wear the same things I did in HS. Blue jeans, band tshirt and my chuck taylors.

@ChefRamsay I cleaned out the closet in my old room in my parent's house a few years ago and I found them buried all the way in the back. That was the moment when I realized how hideous they really were, and began to question what my teenage self was thinking.

GTKY: There was a group of us that had these skin tight red pants, and we would all wear them together on the same days with a black v neck tee and we called them our hot pants. sew kewl.

Testing: Beta on the 21st. No testing before that.

R/R: Well. The IUI was yesterday. I was feeling extremely hopeful because I had 4 follicles - 2 on each side... but then H's count was super low. Half of what it was last month. It's probably because we were trying out sex ED instead of EOD like last month. It really sucked to see that low number and know that it lowers my chances. As I was driving home I just got really emotional because I've put myself through so much this month - physically, emotionally, financially, and then it turns out that with all that I still only have about a 12% chance of this cycle being successful. It's hard to take. If this month doesn't work then we will give IUI one more chance and then take a year off to save up for IVF.

LOL I can't even begin to recount all the crazy shit I wore. I was a really weird punk rock art kid so I wore a LOT of weird stuff. I'm soo glad that all of those pictures of me have pretty much disappeared. I escaped just barely the start of social media - that didn't really get going until I was in college and I started wearing normal clothes.

CS/Q: none... just waiting on official cd1. For anyone following from yesterday, spotting didn't turn into AF early like I expected. I think it's just a wonky cycle.

@spiderlover25 I'm not ready for winter either! I'm on the west coast, and we are getting freezing cold temperatures (I almost wrote temps haha) and snow/ice - along the coast. It's so messed up.

Testing: BFN again - I let myself get my hopes up because my temp didn't drop yet, and I tend to have an 11/12 day LP with a day or two of low temps before AF. I'm cutting myself off until at least Sunday now.

R/R: Rave - I'm really enjoying wrapping up at my old job and looking forward to starting the new one on the 19th. Rant - my manager keeps trying to pile on extra work. I mean, I like my team other than her and don't want to leave them with extra stuff, but I'm not going to stay late or work on the weekends just to play into her being spiteful

CS/Q: Not really. See testing note, but I don't think there is much to ask there. Just frustrating - this is probably my prettiest chart (with good timing to boot) and I'm still getting the BFNs. Sigh.

I was a drama/environmental/student council kid in high school, so was fairly eclectic (or at least we tried to be eclectic?). I remember at one drama competition we went to the thrift store, and I found a brown corduroy blazer that matched a pair of brown corduroy bell bottoms I had. That was one of my favourite outfits hahaha

I'm pretty fair and have dark brown hair. I didn't really understand how makeup worked and would buy the fairest possible. Turns out I'm not THAT fair.... b/c in all my HS photos I look like a ghost. On top of that, I wore darker colors, which made me look goth (but i was definitely not).

@JuneRoseRuby hahaha!!! I think mine is the same. I'm pretty sure I made the background just pictures of us making out (because it was cool back then... not). I can't find it though but there are a million people with my name so it could be buried in google searches. I also used to switch my email address every other month back then so I'll never be able to guess what the login is.

I can't think of anything too embarrassing that other people weren't wearing also. I did pick up a pair of shiny blue pants in Germany when I was in high school. Sorry if the picture is huge. Like always, I am on mobile. I was really proud that I was able to fit into them again. I didn't wear them very often because I tended to play it pretty safe in my clothing choices.

Omg you guys, I forgot about MySpace! I have never had a FB page but I did have a MySpace page. Mostly because my friend decided I needed one so she made one for me. At least if there are any boyfriend pics on it I don't have to worry about them since that's my H now.

@hupp0013 First, those are the shiniest pants I have ever seen, and I love it. Second, I am jealous that you can actually fit into a pair of pants from high school.

I tried, but I cannot find my MySpace page either. I am hoping that means I really did delete it, but it is more likely because I put it under some other random name because I was too cool to use my own. I don't think there was anything too incriminating on there, just the typical early 2000s bathroom pics and a lot of the emo "Looking at the camera is too mainstream, so I am going to look just past it" pose.

I did the Rachel / Monica from Friends style even though I didn't really watch it until it was almost over. The guys were big into bleaching their hair ala Eminem and I think our choices were safe compared to that!!
