  I didn't track my cycle when I got pregnant with DD as we got lucky the first cycle but I didn't get a bfp on a pee stick until I was 4 weeks pregnant. I even had blood tests done prior to pee test and those came back negative. So I'd say it's possible.

  My cycles were totally regular, until they weren't.  If the test is negative, then the most healthy thing to so is accept that you're not pregnant, and that you're having a weird cycle. 
  

  Me- 39 (turning 40 in April), TTC for the first time ever (since Jan 2015), low ovarian reserve

  Married 3/14/14 to my wonderful wife, but her sperm count is rather low

  TTC with frozen donor sperm and science
  
  7 IUIs, 7 BFNs.
  2 IVF attempts, both cancelled and converted to IUI, both BFNs.
  Decided that my tired old ovaries are ready to retire.
  Next step- reciprocal IVF, using my wife's eggs, my uterus!  
  fresh 5 day transfer (2 embryos) 4/17/17- BFP! 
  Identical twins "due" 1/2/17 (but anticipated arrival sometime December)

  We have no way of knowing if you are pregnant but a BFN suggests you are not.  You should call your doctor if you are concerned about not getting your period.
