I can still...

To kind of piggyback off of @canavara post and continue the positivity, I thought this would be fun.
Tell us something (despite how huge, uncomfortable, etc. we all are) that you can still do!

For example: I personally can still shave my legs and cut my own toenails!  I can also (just barely) still fit the bath towel around myself and wear my wedding rings.

  • I can still wear my rings! And I can still walk all the way up and down stairs with laundry :) I don't like doing it but it has to be done, haha!

  • I can still paint my toe nails. And I can still comfortably fit in my pre-pregnancy underwear and yoga pants.
  • I can still sumo squat! My fiancee fell over doing a squat last night and I was like, "Pssssh check this out." I'm jealous of anyone that can still run or touch their toes though--he has to trim my toenails for me haha.
  • I can still cut and paint my toenails, get stuff I drop off the ground (grand plié style not bending over), wear prepregnancy underwear, and still zip my boots but that is slowly coming to an end.

  • I can put on socks! Shoes are another story.

I can pick things up off the ground most of the time too.
  • I can still squat and pick up my daughter
  • Pick stuff up off the floor, wear my rings, and put on socks/shoes.  Getting off the couch, on the other hand, is becoming more and more difficult!

  • I can still pick up my kiddo. I can shave my legs but just barely. I don't even care about it anymore. My hoo-ha on the other hand, well I just let the hubby do that for me.
I've been shaving blind on this one.... So far it's all been good. May have to recruit DH the closer it gets to my due date. lol

  • I can still wear my rings, pick things up off the floor, SLEEP(fingers crossed that stays!), stand basically all day, shave (barely), and zip my boots (barely).

  • I can still wear my wedding ring, shave my legs (although it takes some fancy maneuvering) and pick up my 2.5 year old.  I can still work too, so I'm calling that a win.

As of last week I could still shave my hoo-ha, but I just got out of the shower and I had to blindly shave today

  • I forgot to add "special time" with DH, as I call it.  It is not glamorous or particularly comfortable, but we can still manage.
  • I can still shave my legs and blindly shave my hoo-ha. I pick things up by squatting.  I go up and down stairs for laundry mostly even though I hate it. I'm still working.
  • I can still do alot, my baby bumps seem to be small, although she is bigger than my DS was I can definitely tell that! I think I'm mostly amazed I can still bend over decent. With DS, I would get heartburn immediately and she's starting to get to that point now. I can still shave, not that I care cause I don't wear much other than jeans and yoga pants lol I guess I should add I can still wear all but 2 pairs of my jeans. My SIL hates that I wear them still! hahah

  • I can still work out at my boot camp!

  • Does it still count as "being able to do something" if I need to sprawl out on the couch to catch my breath for a few minutes after doing it? Because otherwise I can cross off putting on socks and winter boots off my list...
I'm not sure....I feel like I'm going to pass out after cutting my toenails, so I guess that's just me being stubborn and not asking for help!
  • Still half the time make it through the night without having to pee woot I'll take it.

I can still fit my wedding ring (no swelling/edema!)
I can shave my legs/tie my shoes
I Can pick things up off the floor
I can still take the stairs to my doctor appointment. Much more winded but i can do it
I can sleep 6hours/night. Might have to get up to pee once/twice but fall back asleep. Much better since my doctor gave me higher dose of zantac to help with heartburn
  • I fit my wedding rings
I can reach my legs but I'm too scared of falling over in the shower to shave
I can still sleep (after a short bout of not being able to sleep)
    I can squat
I can still go for walks/short hikes (for the mama's that are RUNNING - MAJOR props! I couldn't even do that pre-pregnancy!  :D )

No fitting into pre-pregnancy underwear here. My butt is HUGE!! I can put them on but I just instantly get a giant wedgie! I've moved onto larger/brief-like underwear. <3

  • I'm so jealous of all of you who can still wear their rings!!!
I can sleep 6-8 hours only getting up once to per
I can shave successfully (though flying blind)
    I can cut my toenails
I can put socks on but have long given up on tying my shoes and got slip on sketchers sneakers.
I can still wear my prepregnancy jammies
Most of these things are accomplished and then I'm winded for a few minutes!
  • Today I'm wearing regular pants! Granted they're low waist pants, so they're completely under my bump and my shirt is long to hold it all in, but just knowing my legs can fit in them the same way is a good feeling.
  • I was so proud of the no edema/being able to wear my ring still until my doula rained on my parade and was like, "It is 18 degrees outside so you're less likely to have swelling." Dammit lady, I'm waddling everywhere I go and I can't even put my own shoes and socks on anymore, just let me have this one thing please.

I feel the same way!  I was patting myself on the back and then I realized my other two pregnancies ended in the summer...
  • I can still blink. Pretty much all of those other things you guys mentioned are out.
