Anyone else having back or sciatica issues??? Finally went to Dr for it just could not stand pain anymore. But the Dr would only give meds I can't take while breastfeeding and told me to pump and dump for 14days...ummm no.lo wouldn't stand for that.called Ob and pediatrician and def can't nurse if I take these meds so wondering if anyone can suggest anything that helped them ??? Thx n advance.already doing motrin heat and stretches.

    Chiropractor? I was having a lot of problems with my back this summer. I finally gave in and went to the chiropractor in September and my back is so much better now.

    I have had sciatica problems since my first was born in 2010, now with my second I herniated a disc! I too refused to stop breastfeeding so I could take pain medication. I have been seeing a physiotherapist which has made a huge difference, I do my exercises during nap time! A chiropractor did help with my sciatic pain originally years ago though.

    Maybe I'll try chiropractor then!!! Thank you both! I have scoliosis from an accident related incident as well but that's not where its hurting. Is worse after being in the floor w lo all day for sure.and early morning its been waking me up to.
