This is my first month TTC. What can I do to ease my mind and try to relax between ovulation and the date I can test or AF, whichever comes first. It seems as if it took forever to see a temp shift on my chart, even though it was the normal amount of time. These next couple of weeks are gonna seem to go by so slow. What are some things you did/do while waiting to see if you've succeeded? Also I've read that the chances of it happening the first month are about 20%. Any first month success stories? Thanks in advance!
Re: How to relax when TTC
Also, there is a 20% chance each cycle, not just the first cycle. The ladies here are all trying to get pregnant and any first month success stories obviously did not end well

Don't worry OP. It goes by so much faster by the time you're on cycle 15 because you'll be distracted by blood draws, ultrasounds, and multiple doctor appointments. Also sushi and caffeine.
