    @wagnerw I completely agree with the seeming dead part. I have been lurking the other boards just for more stuff to read. also, +1 to the mac and cheese!

    How far along are you?  20 weeks. Halfway there!

    How big is baby? Mango! PS. When we hit this point while pregnant with DD, DH brought home a mango for me to try. Good taste but a lot of work to get inside it!

    Appointments this week? Anatomy scan last Friday, followup with OB scheduled for the 12th

    Symptoms? The dreams have gotten crazy! Super detailed and they feel so real. It can definitely be disorienting waking up in the AM. 

    Rant/Rave/Questions? Got my fingers crossed TB doesn't eat my post like last week! 

    GTKY: What is your favorite Christmas cookie/dessert? Thumbprint cookies! So good and taste better when made by my mom. That's the case with a lot of things. Now I just wait for that magical mom ability to make food taste good because I made it to appear in my kitchen!

    How far along are you? 19 weeks

    How big is baby? Mango, heirloom tomato, hotdog (all yum!) and a pair of sunglasses

    Do you know the sex yet? Team Blue, Pink, Green? Team Blue

    Appointments this week? Anatomy scan on 12/13...10 more days...

    Symptoms? Back aches all the time! It's making it hard for me to do anything. I feel like I need a cane/walker! Appetite has definitely kicked in as well. I'm hungry all the time!

    Rants/Raves/Questions: My mom bought a second hand pack n play with the diaper changing part and bassinet part for $80. It looks practically brand new! And my grandma found a rocking horse for free and it looks super cute as well! 
    I visited with my grandma yesterday and she was just so excited about baby brother coming. She kept saying over and over how she couldn't wait to see what he looked like.

    GTKY: What is your favorite Christmas cookie/dessert? This isn't restricted to Christmas, but in my family it's a big Christmas tradition. Rice Krispie Treats!

    How far along are you?  20 weeks

    How big is baby? 6 inches.

    Appointments this week? No - boo!  AS in another 2 weeks still. 

    Symptoms? Lots of headaches and some nausea if I don't eat enough.  I'm having a really hard time figuring out how often/how much to eat.  I think I'm going to have to start setting a timer or alarm on my phone. 

    Otherwise, big time nesting!  I can handle any nook or cranny of my house that looks "undone" or even a bit messy. 

    Rant/Rave/Questions? By chance does anyone have a prenatal yoga dvd they like? I find most of them too easy for my level of fitness but I have to make too many modifications on regular yoga now that it ruins the flow. 

    GTKY: What is your favorite Christmas cookie/dessert?     A really good, soft sugar cookie.  Classic.

    @wagnerw I'm with you on it being dead around here...but I think it's just our board really.  Other birth month boards have a lot more people posting for some reason.

    welp, guess I belong here now. I *thought* my doc changed my due date months ago. Turns out their records are sticking with our first edd of April 1st. So hi!

    How far along are you?  
    23 weeks
    How big is baby? 
    Grapefruit
    Appointments this week? 
    We go back to the MFM for a genetic counselor. I don't expect any red flags or concerns. I just wish we could have done it Friday. 
    Symptoms?
    Just my usual tiredness and lots of BH and cramping when I push myself too hard. Maybe I'm just more aware of it this time.

    @twistsandturnsto2 what was the due date that you thought they would change it to? As a STM, I'm also experiencing a ton of BH, but I don't even have to be doing something strenuous. Sometimes they happen just rolling over in bed. I thought it was a bit early to have them (I'm 19 weeks), but I might just be more aware of them this go around.

    How big is baby?  size of an endive...

    Appointments this week? yes! on the 8th .  I get another ultra sound to get a few measurements that the tech couldn't get but I don't mind I get to see baby girl.  I also will probably get yelled at by my Dr for not testing my sugars twice a day like I'm supposed to be doing. 

    Symptoms? just heartburn after I eat anything. but I feel baby on the outside now.  

    Rant/Rave/Questions?   eh...

    GTKY: What is your favorite Christmas cookie/dessert?  pie! Apple or cherry!

    @KirstinH88 I thought we changed it to the 6th, but they kept it at the 1st. Since we have NO idea when conception happened, who the heck knows the *real* edd. And since I was only measuring 5 days behind at my viability u/s, they went with the guess on my LMP- even tho I couldn't give them a solid date.

    Symptoms? Growing pains, movement, heartburn

    Rant/Rave/Questions? Trying to sort out baby gear needed is a PITA! I am trying to minimize we we have and need, and it's a long process!

    GTKY: What is your favorite Christmas cookie/dessert? Peanut butter blossoms. Hands down.
