Are you buying your little one a Christmas gift? If yes, what are you buying.
I have a few little things for my girl because my toddler would definitely notice if Santa forgot her. Just her first doll, clothes and a few baby toys.
I might wrap up a few things we have for him for when he is older but not going out and buying him anything really. Seems silly to get much when he has showers recently. Of course that will be this same conundrum when he is older with birthday and Christmas being so close too
I'm in a similar boat as @jmama1611. DD would notice if Santa forgot her brother so we will probably do just a few small things (rattle, an animal) in his stocking.
When we only had one kid, we didn't get her anything other than a Night Before Christmas book, which we inscribed for her first Christmas (will do the same for this one) because her grandparents were going to go all out and we knew she'd never remember. And at the time she was 6 months old.
We do a Christmas Eve box that will have PJs, a new ornament and a Disney movie for both boys. Other than that, probably nothing. DS1 won't notice I don't think.
We / Santa got baby a scout bear, some sleepers that are bigger, and a couple small toys. Otherwise just usual soaps etc for extra stock. That being said we also do stockings and a couple small things for our 2 dogs so we're a bit weird. My parents have him a car seat for our second car and some sleepers. MIL bought him s play mat and were having her get us a white noise machine.
Definitely not doing presents since he'll get spoiled rotten by all the grandparents and aunts and uncles. I did buy him a stocking (but I won't be stuffing it) and a baby's first Christmas ornament but that's it. I might do the Christmas book like @SandNStarsNJ just because that's a really sweet idea for him to have for life.
I'll do gifts for her, but mostly because her big sisters will notice if Santa skips her. I am planning on some new baby books, maybe a cute outfit or 2, and new bath toys (because it's never a bad idea to trash and replace those).
We mostly already have what she's getting. A small pink car and a set of balls are her main gifts. She'll get a new sleeper for Christmas just like her sisters do. And her stocking stuffers will be some jarred baby food, baby mum-mums, etc. I don't use much of the premade baby food but I do like to have a little bit on hand so....

Any recommendations for bath toys? Why has no one invented ones that don't get nasty?

These were also good and didn't get nasty:
Munchkin Wonder Waterway Bath Tub Toy https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0077M41ZY/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_vF-qyb9FGXMWY
I received these for my shower, but I may wrap them and have Santa bring them to DD2
Boon Jellies Suction Cup Bath Toys https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017IQZA76/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_.G-qyb0KDR95M
And as as far as other gifts for baby go, I'll put the Cyber Monday headbands I got in her stocking and maybe a book or two and then call it good!
