Prenatal Pilates

does anyone know of a place that does group prenatal Pilates in the loop. I already attend yoga at the joy studio but wanted to do some Pilates too.

    I would call the Motherhood Center as I know that all the exercise classes they offer are prenatal or mommy and me, 7 days a week.

    Yes! Mary Bange does prenatal pilates private sessions on the reformer at her house and she is fantastic! She has many pregnant clients and has specific training on how to modify poses. She's affordable also. https://www.marybange.com/
