Congrats on your twins! There is a intro thread at the top of this page along with a PGAL (pregnant after loss) thread that starts every week that I would encourage you to participate in along with a lot of other fun threads. There is a read this first thread at the top of the page which should help you get a feel for the board and how we all go about things. If your looking for something in particular try the search button and if you find nothing, and feel that your questions don't fit in an existing thread please start a new one, however if every thought had its own thread the board would get very cluttered very quickly.
