R/R: I got a +OPK late Sunday night. OPKS have been - since then. I had O pains yesterday, but no temp spike today. I don't really want to HIO tonight, but I know it will bother me if I don't at least try.
CS/Q:
GTKY: What are your sleep habits like? H and I usually watch TV until he falls asleep quickly. Then I turn off the TV. It doesn't usually take me too long to fall asleep, but I do usually wake up once or more per night. It doesn't usually take me that long to fall back asleep though. I don't usually set an alarm to get up, just naturally wake up or get woken up by the kids.
@laurad75 So mad for you!!! @zwink1 I laughed because DH drinks Mountain Dew often to "stay awake" when he's driving home from a 24 hour shift or long landscaping day. The other day he rubbed it in my face and said it was either that, chew (Iraq habit), or him falling asleep behind the wheel. FYI they won't let FF "loiter" after a shift - not even a nap in their car in the parking lot - even if they didnt get any sleep due to alarms all night. I can't win that one.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@laurad75 Ugh, I am so sorry! I can only hope that since you O'd so early AF will get her ass here quickly so this cycle isn't longer torture.

@JuneRoseRuby@zwink1@RedBreast35 thanks for the advice - I'm such a newb at all of this. I'll give the Mucinex a go cause roughing it out isn't an option for me, I'm a big wimp lol
Just introduced myself on the newbie thread so I'll just jump in and join.

R/R: not much, just trying to drop some weight so I'm hungry as hell.
CS/Q: My cycle length dropped four days last month to 25 so I O'd early. I'm not sure if I should be concerned with my cycles getting shorter and shorter. LP is a consistent 12 days tho.
GTKY: What are your sleep habits like? Light sleeper so just terrible.
WAYDTGKU: charting some, diet changes (just to be healthy in general, figured it can't hurt), BD
R/R: I want to punch all the people who's first house is a beautiful, perfectly designed Chip and Jo special on Fixer Upper. I can't be the only one who thinks your first house should be less dreamy. It's just a first house. Eh. Anyway, unrelated. Sorry.
CS/Q: None.
GTKY: What are your sleep habits like?: I try for 8 hours. DD sleeps from 7pm-7am, with wakeups in between... so I try to be in bed by 11. I recently got a smartwatch, and it says my sleep is basically half light/half deep. Not terrible.
R/R: I'm sick so my sweet sweet hubby surprised me by bringing home tissue with lotion, soup, throat coat tea, and advil cold and flu. Since seeing @metrogirl post about the tylenol cold and flu now I feel like I shouldn't take it. DH was super disappointed when I told him I didn't want to take it and now I feel bad!
CS/Q: I'm guessing Advil cold and flu will dry up CM the same as Tylenol cold and flu will?
GTKY: What are your sleep habits like? Usually pretty good, although for the past week or so I have been sleeping horribly.
@lee^2 the other thing is that they are fever reducers and could possibly make it harder to see a temp shift, so make sure to do OPKs if temps and CM aren't reliable due to sickness and medication.

@RedBreast35 what was the recommendation regarding alcohol in the book? Also is it to cut it out completely or just certain points in the cycle? I'm interested because I feel like alcohol is one thing that I haven't curtailed much...yet.
@mispanda How long have you been charting cycle length off BC (if you were on)? Cycle lengths can vary. In the past year, mine have been anywhere from 26-37 days.

@NYTino24, sorry for the delay! Just getting use to my account.
No BC for years. I had 7 months of 29 then a 25 so It suprised me when I ovulated early!! Im sure its normal to be a little sporadic. Before my first pregnancy my cycles were 32-34 days.
Re: WTO Tuesday 11/29
@NYTino24 Yay for the +OPK!
@RedBreast35 I am glad it is cozy!
@zwink1 I am sorry you didn't get good news.
