I threw up the tiniest bit late night, which doesn't bode well for this pg being less sick than the last one.
Rants/Raves/Questions?
I finally found a doctor!! I moved and changed jobs over the summer, and just hadn't gotten around to setting up all my new doctors. When I got my BFP I started calling, and it took about 8 different doctors/offices before I found someone who could get me in before the end of January!
GTKY: What was your initial reaction when you found out you were pregnant?
Ecstatic! I tested at 4am when I got up to nurse my 11 month old, and when I got back in bed I was shaking and couldn't sleep!!

Nope. Still tired by 2 pm and in bed by 8!
Rants/Raves/Questions?
I booked my appointent with my midwife for December 28th and she is going to send me for an ultrasound between 7 and 8 weeks when I thought I'd have to wait until 12 weeks. Can't wait to see the little bean!
GTKY: What was your initial reaction when you found out you were pregnant?
Excitement and disbelief. I tested at 9 DPO and really didn't expect to see a squinter!

Nothing until December 16.
Any new symptoms or changes?
A bit more tired than usual, and I feel slightly nauseous when I get too hungry. I've kept up with running and I feel slow already.
Rants/Raves/Questions?
I'm torn between wanting to tell people and not wanting to "untell" people if there's a problem with the pregnancy. I understand the pros/cons. I don't have close friends in the area since moving back to NJ in 2014, so I don't have much of a support system even if I do miscarry. I'm thinking of telling a good friend next weekend when I travel to CT to see her, and I'll tell my closest friend after my first u/s on the 16th, assuming all goes well.
GTKY: What was your initial reaction when you found out you were pregnant?
Excited and in total disbelief. We got pregnant on the first try. I didn't think I'd have any more kids after my ex and I separated in July 2013, but here I am!
