34weeks! I think my OB has me pegged a week behind...but I'll take it, will be less arguing if I get to my due date and don't want to induce etc...ha!
What are you doing this week to prepare for LO's arrival?
My mom and I finally put the top coat on the dressers, and I ordered new pulls! I also finally finished the huge blanket I crocheted for my dad so I got to start on the baby's blanket!

What are you doing this week to prepare for LO's arrival?
This week I may try to do some laundry for some things, maybe take back a few shower items, but that's about it. Nothing too much. I'm freaking out he doesn't have a car seat yet, but I know I have time. OH and I need to work on my hospital bag!

All in all I'm feeling fine. Just dealing with heartburn still and the horrible constipation. Blech.

This coming Monday. Not sure if there's anything specific that will happen at this one.

I love Christmas trees! Our cats are big jerks, though, so we may not actually put it up this year. I don't know. Last year we had to tie it down so they couldn't knock it over. And definitely didn't use any ornaments. But it was still pretty!
32 weeks! Had an ultrasound yesterday and on it you can tell that this kid has a full head of hair!
What are you doing this week to prepare for LO's arrival?
Well being on bedrest, I can't do much. My mom is doing baby laundry for me and setting up the bassinet. And DH will be installing the car seat today! Exciting!

Well bedrest is getting old. But I know we got to keep him in there until 37 weeks and every day closer we get, the better developed he'll be when it's time to induce.
When's your next appointment?
Next Tuesday. NST and labs. Make sure my BP is still under control. They haven't had to put me on medication yet, so fingers crossed!

I love lights strung up around the house! DH just put lights up the stairs and around the ceiling yesterday. Oh I could leave them up all year long!

35 weeks. We had a 32 week ultrasound since i was measuring small and it showed he is in the 40th percentile which is great. He is head down and SO SO active!!!
What are you doing this week to prepare for LO's arrival?
Baby room is pretty much done...well usable. Some odd and ends to finish but it can wait. We have bassinet for our room set up. I started packing hospital bag but I'm not too worked up about it. No signs of this baby coming anytime soon.

Sleeping is becoming harder and harder! It's so hard to find a comfy position. For some reason i find my husbands side of the bed easier to sleep on (it's the same i know). But he switched spots with me and I'm doing better. I also broke down and bought a wedge pillow for the heartburn. It has helped.
When's your next appointment?
Next week Tuesday i think. My doctor is at a conference so i have an appt with a different doctor. And it's the vaginal swab,cervix check one. It's a male doctor. I don't have a problem with it but it sucks when you've developed such a relationship with YOUR doctor and then they are like...yea you are going to see a different one for this appointment.

Christmas trees!!! But we are not decorating this year. I'm due January 4 and i just know the last thing I'm going to want to do after a newborn is take christmas decorations down.
How far along are you? What's new with your little babe? 34 weeks. Baby girl is having nightly dance parties. Sometimes she moves pretty violently and I have to gasp.
What are you doing this week to prepare for LO's arrival? thanks to Black Friday deals I ordered a lot of necessities like the bassinet, stroller, a new diaper bag and lots of other not really necessities. We will finally get the crib up this weekend and I'm giving myself until 36 weeks to pack bags and install the car seat.
Rants / Raves / Questions / Symptoms: pain in ribs (front and back), entire back and pelvis. Just pretty uncomfortable lately.
When's your next appointment?
Dec 12th. I'll have the group b swab, position ultra sound and cervical check. Like @KarliQ88 I will have a random new midwife this time. Awesome, nice to meet you. Here's my butthole.
GTKY: What's your favorite holiday decoration (doesn't have to be Christmas-related)? *stolen from Sunday/Monday* id say the tree. We have to do a small one on the mantel because we don't have any space for one anywhere else. But it works well with a toddler.
I am 32 weeks. Baby is very high still. His movements seem to be slowing some, but he's still making kick counts.
What are you doing this week to prepare for LO's arrival?
My mother's family is having their Christmas celebration on Sunday. It includes a little sprinkle for me, and a baby shower for my cousin's daughter who is having her first LO. Which reminds me, I need to go shopping for a baby gift.

I also am back on the constipation wagon after doing so great since first tri. Other than that I'm trucking along pretty good. I'm for Christmas break from school, so I can be off work for a couple of weeks.

I go back 2 weeks from Tuesday for another OB appointment. I have an ultrasound on Dec. 12.

Still getting odds and ends together for the nursery, but it is at least in usable condition. The crib is up, major construction is done, and the glider should be delivered on Monday.

I have developed heartburn for the first time in my life. I will be glad to see that go. I also have varying degrees of constipation.

I have an ultrasound on the 12th to check position and then a routine office visit on the 14th.

Definitely the tree. Our house has high ceilings so we can have a really big tree, which I love. My son helped decorate it this year though, which meant that there was a significant cluster of ornaments below the 3 foot line.
