I've had a headache since yesterday at around 4:30pm. Had to call in sick because I woke up all night with same headache... Tylenol isn't working and my doctor doesn't want to prescribe anything yet.
I have been having a lot of headaches lately as well. I tried Tylenol once, but it only helped for a few hours. I have found that if I drink more water and try to rest for a bit, it seems to help. I hope you feel better soon!
Ugh yes. Absolutely brutal. I've been told the headache stick from Saje (and essential oils shop) works wonders. As does high protein and water intake. I have yet to try it... I've been in bed crying and wimping out all day.
I had a 72 hour migraine over the Thanksgiving holiday when my husband and I were traveling to visit family out of state. I hear you on the whole headache thing. Tylenol never does anything at all for my migraines and I've just been miserable. My OB told me that headaches and heartburn are the most common 2nd trimester symptoms that she sees. So at least it's normal. But it's really not fun at all.

Make sure you're staying hydrated and maybe have DH rub your shoulders-neck? I haven't had it yet, but first pregnancy I had terrible tension headaches that improved greatly with massages, both from DH and professionals. I also used heat packs on my neck/traps.
Guys, I swear by magnesium supplements. I'm a non-pregnant migraine sufferer and they were terrible with my last pregnancy, someone suggest magnesium and my doctor said it was fine. It was the only thing that relieved them.
As always, check with your doctor before taking magnesium if you decide to try, but I swear it helps.
Glad I'm not the only one. Have had the same headache for the past 4 days and it's only gotten worse. I miss ibeprohab so bad. Tylenol is like eating candy, it does nothing.
@Assiram42 Magnesium has been a LIFE SAVER for my migraines. Instead of 2-3 a week I get 2-3 a year.
I have been getting more minor pregnancy headaches and sniffing peppermint essential oils definitely help (also with the nausea!) Heating pad on your neck, massaging the bridge of your nose, and staying hydrated can also really help.
I've been getting headaches on and off since I got my BFP but now since I hit 13 weeks on Saturday it's been pretty much nonstop. I do find that the only thing that really works for me right now is combining Tylenol with a little bit of caffeine (like a small half caff). I used to drink a small coffee daily before getting pregnant but now I just get decaf unless it's a headache day, so that extra little boost helps.
I have my prenatal appointment in the morning and I am going to ask my OB about magnesium! Thanks for the suggestion @Assiram42

I have headaches almost every night now. I think for me it's a combo of tension, maybe not drinking enough water, lack of sleep, and my eyes changing (I wear contact lenses). It sucks.

Thank you ladies. My poor DH doesn't know what else to do. I've been drinking lots of gatorade because I have a water aversion since nausea at 5 weeks... Tylenol does nothing but I took two this am. It's more of a bother now than as severe as before. Maybe the Gatorade is helping. Thanks for your input. It's good to know we're not suffering alone or in vein.
Boo for headaches. Try to up your protein and water intake. Thats what helps mine. And massage and warm showers don't hurt either. I have had such a tense and tight lower neck/shoulder area that I need constant kneading to get the tension out.

I tend to have a dull head ache all day but I think its because I am dehydrated and have low blood sugar. I am not a big drinker I am max 48oz a day which is not good but its better than the 32oz I was at. I also until the last few days I have not wanted to eat much so that a problem.
OMG yes! I get migraines from time to time in general and I didnt have any during my first pregnancy and I thought "wow, maybe I just needed to get pregnant!". Now I have had several this time around and am sad to have lost one of the major perks that I thought came with my pregnancies.
Heat on my neck and cold on my forehead helps. Good luck!
Add me to the headache train...ever since 11 weeks (14 weeks tomorrow)! I'm thinking mine might be related to my poor sleep since getting pregnant. Damn pregnancy insomnia.
I drink close to 130 oz of water a day so I know it's not that...if they keep up I may check out magnesium as well with my OB. Good suggestion!
Headache going full force since last night 9pm. After 3 doses of Tylenol, still here. I'm drinking gatorade because I'm thinking it's dehydration. I might miss a wedding ceremony because of it.feels like a migraine with the Nausea.
