14 weeks- hellooooo second trimester

A peach- he is growing so fast now

Just a dr appointment tomorrow. No US or anything too exciting

Any new symptoms or changes?
I think it is round ligament pain? The past few days I started feeling more dull like cramps. They weren't too severe. And now occasionally I am getting more of a shooting pain, or a lot of pain if I try to stretch. Pretty sure it is just my uterus ex

2 or 3. Husband wants a soccer team worth so I might have to shut that down.

How far along are you? 13 weeks (sooo ready to get into the second trimester!)

How big is baby? lemon

Upcoming appointments this week? Nope

Any new symptoms or changes? Nothing new, ready for that placenta to pick up it's share of this!! Hopefully saying goodbye to the ms shortly!

Rants/Raves/Questions? I used to be a biggg little Debbie's fan, now I have skinny jeans... lol anyways my husband brought home these LD Christmas tree cakes and ohhhh my I'm in trouble!

GTKY: How many children do you, how many do you want? We currently have two boys, my oldest turns 5 on Friday (wahhh) and my middle child is 3 - little sister is almost a year and half, this junebug is the last one for us (at least planned!)

Just joining ya'll now that my EDD was moved from 6/25 to 6/27 (bummer)

How far along are you? 10 weeks! Finally in the double-digits

How big is baby? Kumquat

Upcoming appointments this week? None. Had my first appointment last Wednesday and it was super exciting to see LO and hear his (yes, I'm saying "his") heartbeat! Also got to bring home my 24-hour urine collection tub since I was diagnosed with gestational HTN at 26 wks w/ DS, so I'm high risk now and forever. Next appointment on Jan. 4th. I could skip it altogether and just hurry up with the anatomy scan, that's when things REALLY get good anyway!

Any new symptoms or changes? Finally jumped on the B6/Unisom bandwagon and so far so good except I'm tired as heck! I know it'll get easier in a few days. Nausea has gotten a little better which means it's working! Super bloated today and really thirsty.

GTKY: How many children do you, how many do you want? This LO will be our second. We want at least 3 and are hoping to start trying again when this little kumquat is 6 months old.

GTKY: How many children do you, how many do you want? I wanted to have 6 when I was younger. I'm finally pregnant with my first at 34. I'd love to have one or two more but we will see what life has in store.

Upcoming appointments this week? Had an appointment yesterday. Heard the heartbeat and had my blood drawn for NIPT. I am anxiously awaiting the results.

Any new symptoms or changes? I'm having less nausea overall, but still so tired!

Rants/Raves/Questions? I wish my brain would stop thinking of all the things that could go wrong. I should be happy to still be hearing a heart beat at 12 weeks, but now I am getting nervous about the NIPT results. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever stop worrying about this pregnancy.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm still in shock it's a girl. I'm surprised by how emotional I got.

GTKY: How many children do you, how many do you want? I have one boy, 19 months. We want 3 or 4 total.

Upcoming appointments this week? Nope. I do have one next week though.

Any new symptoms or changes? Still feel woozy with anything sweet. Cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving made me feel drunk. This sucks!! BUT I'm still losing weight (started overweight) so there's that silver lining.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Here's my rant: The Bump states my week as the week I previously completed (today I'm 13w 1d), but my other app states my week as the one I'm currently working on (it says I'm in my 14th week). WHY can't everyone just get on board and call it one thing?!?!?! Same goes for the trimester cutoff!!

GTKY: How many children do you, how many do you want? I always wanted 4 until I actually started having kids (and I figured I'd be done having kids by this age). After DD I wanted 2... but now I'm kinda thinking 3. My guess is we will probably be done after this one.

@silliegirlie143 I feel you on the trimester cutoff, the first doctor office I went to said 13 weeks was the start of the second trimester and I remember posting how excited I was finally in the second trimester, and a bunch of moms got on and were like "sorry nope not until 14 weeks" - technically the middle of the 13th week is the start of the second trimester, but that's just confusing. 40 weeks divided by 3 is 13.3
