    How far along are you? 10 weeks (double digits!!!)

    How big is baby? Strawberry or Lego Man

    Upcoming appointments this week? Yes! We have our 1 hour appointment with the nurse. Finally will find out how we were measuring at our US 3 weeks ago and get an 'official' due date. Also, I am hoping I can convince them to find the heartbeat.  

    Any new symptoms or changes?  Certain symptoms seem to have gone a away a bit, others like food aversions have stuck around. Everyday is different.

    Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant: We told my in-laws (and DH's siblings) at Thanksgiving since we won't see them again until after Christmas. Due to the worry my younger SIL would spill the beans to DH's grandparents we decided to tell them too (again we wouldn't see them until after the holidays). Only a few hours after we told one set of grandparents, we had one of our cousins text us congratulating us (who we found out is also pregnant and due in May, yay!). I wasn't ready to deal with that many people knowing this early (I have no clue who else knows on that side of the family now). I suppose everyone is just excited and if we weren't ready we shouldn't have said anything at all. But still, ugh. 

    GTKY: Do you like the Holiday season? What is your favorite or least favorite part? I like that the holiday's bring family together, but I hate that usually means family drama. We'll see how this year goes. Favorite is getting and decorating a tree!

    How far along are you?  11 weeks with the twins!

    How big is baby? They're the size of key limes, so cute

    Upcoming appointments this week? I'm meeting with another OB, just interviewing to find one who won't pressure me into a section.

    Any new symptoms or changes?  Nausea is only sporadic now, I can eat!!! I wake up about 3-4 times per night, and my uterus is growing so fast right now it hurts. I'm measuring 14-16 weeks at this point.

    Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant for the birthing policies at my hospital!!! Mandatory operating room birth! No thanks. 

    GTKY: Do you like the Holiday season? What is your favorite or least favorite part? I love the family time, the lights and extra beauty people add to their homes. I love the music and the magic we create for our children!! 
    Least favorite part is the consumerism. We emphasize giving with our kids, but still see how caught up they can get in the present side.

    Upcoming appointments this week? Finally have my next prenatal on Wednesday! I feel like I go crazy waiting between each appointment hoping all is well in there!!

    Any new symptoms or changes? My energy is coming back and I feel so much better now! Still have quite a few food aversions and I've noticed that I feel full more quickly than I used to. Boobs are still killing me!

    Rants/Raves/Questions? This may sound dumb, but am I 2nd tri now? One of my apps welcomed me to 2nd trimester and another said I have 1 more week to go! Which is it?!

    GTKY: Do you like the Holiday season? What is your favorite or least favorite part? I love the holidays! I love the colors and the lights and the overall merriment of the season. We're Jewish so we celebrate Hanukah and usually throw a Hanukah party for our friends every year. This year it's not looking good though because the first night falls on Christmas Eve and the 8th night falls on New Year's Eve, so my friends will probably be preoccupied. I definitely agree with @halfthetree... my least favorite part is definitely the consumerism.

    How big is baby? A lemon or hot Jalapeño 

    Upcoming appointments this week? Yes Finally!! We were supposed to go Friday but I moved it to Monday.

    Any new symptoms or changes?  Still get waves of exhaustion and nausea but it's getting better! Definitely noticed if I eat less I feel better.

    Rants/Raves/Questions? So this time around we have kept the pregnancy hush hush and I feel so weird talking about it. I have flat out lied to people at work... and I feel bad but now I don't want to tell them. Such weird emotions!

    GTKY: Do you like the Holiday season? What is your favorite or least favorite part? I love it all, family, food and shopping!!

    First appointment with a doctor from the Hospital I will be going to on Friday, also might get the NIPT results this week or next week      :)

    Still tired and hormonal

    I honestly can't believe I'm still pregnant, can't believe I'm 12 weeks next week (*TW* I've had 4 misscarriage's) and I can't believe I'm planning my gender reveal .. It's all so exciting!      :D 
    GTKY: Do you like the Holiday season? What is your favorite or least favorite part?
    Love it! Favourite part is seeing family, eating lots of food, getting dressed up, opening pressies etc
    Least favourite is it's only once a year!

    @wifeinraleigh28 in nursing school I remember them telling me if you did it mathematically 2nd trimester would be 13.3. So, some apps round up and some round down. Either way, you've made it through all the rough milestones! Congrats! I will join you next week, as my 13 weeks starts tomorrow. ☺️

    Thanks for clarifying @TGmomtobe90! I'll be 13w 2d tomorrow (.3 x 7 days in a week = 2.1 days). I've never been good at math but I'll just count myself as 2nd trimester starting tomorrow, lol.

    Upcoming appointments this week?  Blood work today and Ultrasound and OB Friday

    Any new symptoms or changes?  nothing new, might be feeling slightly better? *knock on wood*

    Rants/Raves/Questions?  really really sick of all the appts associated with high-risk and it hasn't even really started yet.. ugh

    GTKY: Do you like the Holiday season? What is your favorite or least favorite part?  LOVE IT!  Wanted hubby to put up the tree last week and he refused.  he has to do it this week tho or i'm OUT!  haha  Favorite part? ummmm i dunno it just FEELS magical.... least favorite? getting gifts!  I HATE getting presents because it's just sooooooo frustrating, like "Really? Thats what you think i like? Do you even know me at all?"  ugh

    Upcoming appointments this week? Just had my appt this am and heard the heartbeat!!!

    Any new symptoms or changes?  Getting upset stomach and headaches to add to my fun
