Any new symptoms or changes? Feeling more and more movement every day- she definitely likes to hang out on my right side and kick around. Becoming more difficult to do things that require me to bend over like putting socks or shoes on or getting something from a bottom shelf.
Rants/Raves/Questions? We got the paint for the nursery over the weekend and DH has the week off for the holiday so I told him to just tape up all the trim and molding so we could start painting this weekend (I only have Thursday and Friday off this week). Well he ended up painting the whole room yesterday! Even though I wish I could of been there to supervise a little bit, I was really appreciative for him doing that.

We are going to my mom and step dad's house- we hosted last year but this year I wanted to just relax. They live about an hour and 15 minutes from us so not too bad of a travel. She told me to not bring a thing except myself and tupperware to bring leftovers home in!

Any new symptoms or changes? they found a small dark spot on baby Bs heart. It could mean a lot of things or it could mean nothing.. Really trying not to stress but it's hard. They said they aren't very concerned as everything else about him measured normal and his heart beat is strong. They are going to check again in 4 weeks to see if it's still there or has gotten bigger or smaller

Rants/Raves/Questions? I didn't think I was all that excited about a baby shower, until yesterday. I got together with my friends that are throwing it for me to plot and plan. I can't believe how creative and awesome they are. I am so not a party planner but they had such great ideas, it got my creative juices following too. sounds like it will be a plaid/ outdoorsy theme with crockpots of chilli and soups. leftovers will be frozen for after baby is here. What are you ladies planning?

Sorry for the long post. I have been MIA for the past few weeks, just a little overwhelmed with the election and this weird new skin irritation I have and ripping out the carpeting in our bedrooms and hallway. It has been a little crazy and I'm looking forward to the holiday weekend.

Upcoming appointments within the next 7 days? Had one today. Belly and weight were good and heartbeat was strong.
Any new symptoms or changes? I felt baby's hiccups for the first time this morning! I was a little nervous at first because it was 5am and it felt more like twitching, but it was rhythmic and lasted just over a minute so I'm pretty sure they were hiccups. That was pretty fun.
Rants/Raves/Questions? It seems early, but now that we are planning the shower and getting the room ready it feels like baby is really on his way, so I asked my doctor for pediatric recommendations. With the horrible health insurance we have I know i need to start looking now to make sure they are in my network, plus I like the idea of having the baby admitted under his own doctor's name as soon as he's born. I had no idea that that was even a option before, I don't know when I thought he would get a pediatrician...

@babyspice Mmm, chili and soups sound great for a shower! I'm not the party planning type either, so I'm requesting lots of help. We are actually having 2 showers! Because my husband's family is so large we are separating his out into it's own party, the other party will be my family and friends. The party for my family is themed "Our greatest adventure" and has travel/air plane decorations. The other party is woodland animals and the invites just arrived in the mail yesterday so I'm getting excited!

I am hosting, but it's just 6 people. I am making almost everything...turkey, ham, dressing, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, glazed carrots, deviled eggs, cranberry relish, gravy, pumpkin pie, and apple pie. My mom is bringing rolls and green bean casserole and MIL is bringing olives and Watergate salad.
@Liss_37 your guy is in my T&P. I see the fetal cardiologist on Dec 8th to check for any defects due to my little lady's single umbilical artery. The MFM didn't think so at AS but wants us to see her anyway.
@babyspice right there with you on the heartburn train! All I know about my shower is the date. I don't want to be involved! I trust my 2 BFFs to keep the Moms in line.
@spartanrd4 your DH is awesome. Mine can't cut in for poop. I am hoping we can pick colors ASAP and get it done before I get to large & in charge to do it myself. My gut says he is going to make us pay someone to
do it for fear of fall out from his parents & his own own notions about me overdoing it. Everyone is treating me very fragile. The loss history & everything has them all overly cautious. It's annoying sometimes.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Anyone have carpal tunnel all of a sudden? My right hand is TERRIBLE most nights. So numb it is painful. It takes a while to get it to wake up. By the time I go to bed at night it usually finally almost normal again & then the cycle repeats. It sucks!!

We are hosting 3 sets of parents & My BIL. I ordered everything from Wegmans. We slaved cooking last year & swore we would never do it again. We initially said we would go out to eat, but this seemed more festive & a lot less work
I'm also dreading it a bit because my mom has health issues and has been a mess lately. I hope she can actually enjoy herself. She deserves a good holiday. She has spent so many in the last 2 years in the hospital! We all have so much to be thankful for this year.

Any new symptoms or changes? I agree with @spartanrd4 that bending is becoming more and more difficult. Watching me put on boots is rather comical at this point. Also feeling more movement which is awesome!
Rants/Raves/Questions? We registered this weekend and it a lot of fun! It took us about 3 hours but the people in the store were really nice and helpful and we learned a lot.

Any new symptoms or changes? I'm also feeling like some things are getting harder to do with more weight/less balance. More back pain lately & finally not breaking out much anymore!
Ramts/Raves/Questions? I am absolutely loving all these early black friday sales!!! Already bought a bunch of things off the registry (and added/bought new items at great prices) shopping for baby is so much fun, but saving a bunch of money doing so is even better!

I volunteer every holiday at the SPCA & walk dogs, so after that DH & I will be going to my parents for dinner.
