  • I used it with my last two and now this time as well. Definitely makes the cervix soft!
  • I just got mine from amazon today! my doula told me to take them on the following schedule:

    37w: 1/night
    38w: 1/morning, 1/night
39w - delivery: 1/morning, 1/night orally, poke holes in one capsule, insert vaginally (it will disintegrate)

  • My midwife says to insert one vaginally before bed now through delivery- I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow.
  • I read that for when you're TTC, using Evening Primrose can somewhat assist. I think I took some pills, but can't remember the exact reason why. However, I did drink red raspberry tea and that is supposed to do something too. According to google: It is rich in iron, this herb has helped tone the uterus, increase milk production, decrease nausea, and ease labor pains. Many pregnancy teas contain red raspberry leaf to help promote uterine health during pregnancy.
