How far along are you? 37 weeks!

How big is baby? Romaine lettuce, honeydew melon

Appointments, anything going on this week? I have a regular OB appointment and a NST today. Same thing plus a growth scan next Wednesday.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? I've gotten to the point where I need to pee all the time. So that's fun!

GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? DH is doing most of the cooking this year so I'm all about the smoked turkey! I think I'm going to make a pumpkin cheesecake too...

Appointments, anything going on this week?

Tomorrow I have my last blood draws, a HB check and they'll do a check to see if I'm dilated more. I was at a 1-2 last week and have had some more painful contractions this week, so we'll see if they've done anything.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions?

I just really want to drink some soda still. I gave it up a couple years ago when I got into running and only drink it on special occasions...but having a baby counts right?

I'm always waking up with cramps and back pain. Plus having some awesome BH.

Rants/Raves/Questions?

I washed almost allllll of her tiny little clothes yesterday and put them away. We finished packing our bag and her bag. The carseat is in the car. I feel ready! It's a gorgeous day outside too!

GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish?
I actually am not a huge fan of Thanksgiving fare. I guess it would have to be squash casserole that my mom makes. It's pretty amazing

How far along are you? 38 weeks OR 38w3d according to the EDD OR 39w2d according to baby's measurements

How big is baby? spaghetti squash - Dr. thinks he will be no more than 7lbs at birth though.

Appointments, anything going on this week? TODAY is my first cervical check! Mentally preparing for them to tell me I'm at a 0. lol. *UPDATE* 1cm dilated BUT 70% effaced! So things are definitely happening.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? lots of tummy issues this week. and hemorrhoids. and I just noticed my eyelashes are falling out and are super short???? WTF??? Also lack of appetite. ORANGE JUICE! Holy crap this kid makes me want OJ allllll the time. I was never a fan before.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I got a pedicure yesterday since I'm out of things to do and am rewarding myself weekly for making it through another few days, and the ladies poked fun at me asking who cut my nails lol. Apparently I really messed up and they fixed some would be in grown toe nails which was super embarrassing but nice of them to at least address and fix. On the bright side I love my feet with the blue nail polish!

GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? I'm not big on thanksgiving food TBH. So mashed potatoes is about it.

How big is baby? chihuahua :'(

Appointments, anything going on this week? I had my 36W appointment this morning where it was discovered the baby is breech and only has a 3% of flipping over naturally. Pretty devastated about this - bad baby! I've been consulting with different sources to figure out how to get her to flip otherwise we will try the ECV and if that doesn't work we will have to have a cesarean which just sucks.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? lots of swelling this week, achiness, blah.

Rants/Raves/Questions? My rant is that I have so much work today when all I want to do is figure out how to flip this freaking baby the right way!!

GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? MACARONI & CHEESE. I know that's not a thanksgiving dish per se but my ex-stepmom makes the BEST. Also sweet potato casserole. And turkey. We got our turkey on sale last week and I'm looking forward to cooking it!

38w 2days. We got bumped up a couple days from our growth scan.

How big is baby?

She measured right at 7 lbs

Had a frowth scan and nst Tuesday. Now nothing until induction day.

All the juice. Doesn't matter what flavor just five it to me.

Rants/Raves/Questions?

My dog has decided E is coming. He is not allowed in the bed, and is really pretty good about it. Woke up this morning and he is curled around the bump. He did this with L also.

GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish?

My great aunt was greek, and she made us baklava. Seriously miss dish.

How far long are you? 36 weeks and 1 day.
How big is baby? He is the size of a papaya
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? No aversions other than I hate the smell of fish. Cravings-ive been wanting to eat ice everyday for the last few months. Symptoms-BH contractions, lower and upper back pains, feels like lightning going through my stomach sometimes but I think it's just stretching, upset stomach for two weeks now,Contractions after sex and increase in baby's movement but shortness of breath.
Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm excited for him to be here in the next few weeks and I can't believe that he's gonna be here so soon. It feels like time flew by but now that it's my last month it feels like it's just creeping by.
GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Baked macaroni and cheese.

@Kate08Young My beagle puppy does the same thing. I think she knows too because she's just now started licking my stomach at night when I sit in my husband's recliner and hold her. I think my two male dogs probably know too because my lab and Rottweiler mix will jump up to give me a hug but he pushes off his back paws and puts his paws on my shoulders gently and at night if I come out of our bedroom to get water or either go to the restroom he follows me through the house watching what I do and before I can go in the bathroom he goes in and checks behind the toilet and in the bathtub and stuff before he will let me go in there. He's very protective. So I guess dogs really do know like people say they do.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Having cramps on a regular basis and constant kicking in the rib cage. I still want all of the sweet stuff, no crazy cravings though.

Rants/Raves/Questions? The desktop bump site is going haywire as I try to type this, which is keeping me from adding much else. I have no patience...

How big is baby? Cantaloupe, bag of chips

Appointments, anything going on this week? Nothing aside from our Tuesday night birth classes!

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Feet swelling and reflux are fairly new things. And I think I might be experiencing lightning crotch? When I'm out walking I'll feel these pinpricks of pain in my vag/cervix area, so I'm not sure. Other than that, no real cravings or aversions.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Someone please tell me if what I described above is indeed the baby bumping my cervix, because I have no clue! Dr. Google also told me it could be my cervix starting to dilate? Which is a cool and also terrifying thought...

GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Mashed potatoes, rolls, and the Ruth's Chris sweet potato casserole recipe we make every year. GIMME ALL THE CARBS. Oh, and dessert. Duh.

How big is baby? Pineapple or honeydew melon - or 18ish inches and 5+ lbs.

Appointments, anything going on this week? Had my 34 week on Monday. I have a growth scan this coming Monday since I was measuring 2 cm larger.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? I want a giant salad and some pizza along with as much water as I can consume! I feel like I cannot drink it fast enough today.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I've been getting lots of sleep, but it does not feel like I am getting any! I am so exhausted when I wake up in the mornings.

GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? I love my crock pot mac n cheese. But overall, I really love Thanksgiving food. I usually try to do a mini-giving half way through the year because I love it so!

How big is baby? Swiss Chard?

Appointments, anything going on this week? Had an appt Tuesday, baby is measuring a week behind which is new. The doctor said it was probably because he flipped and his head engaged and so he's not as high up but it does make me a little anxious. Everything else was fine though.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Acid reflux

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm tired of the ongoing commentary at work about my pregnancy. I've settled into the idea that baby will be here in 2-3 weeks (my OB will likely induce at 41 weeks if he's not here yet) but I'm tired of everyone commenting on my size and my ongoing presence at work, etc.

GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? My mom makes a meat stuffing that I love.

@leksiL - this guy was breech until sometime between 34.5-36.5 weeks. I did a lot of spinning babies but have no idea if that helped him flip or not. It is frustrating to deal with - fingers crossed for you that your baby flips!

@penelope4612 ugh I hate the commentary at work too! One woman who is my mom's age (about 60) bursts into laughter every time I see me! Other people are like WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE??? IDK - because I still have a MONTH left??? But THANKS!

One of my other co-workers said she is going to make me little cards to hand out any time someone makes an inappropriate comment. She had better make a lot

Appointments, anything going on this week? u/s to check weight and fluid yesterday, the tech said she weighs 8 pounds!! I hope they are slightly wrong lol. OB apt tomorrow, hoping for a cervical check

Appointments, anything going on this week? OB this past Monday, Peri appt today, and Endo tomorrow.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? I posted this in the appt thread but, big weight gain in passed 3 weeks, swelling spreading, headache that won't go away, stomach pain, and shortness of breath.

How far along are you? 38 weeks

How big is baby? A winter squash (not even sure what that is) or a spaghetti squash. The midwife estimated him to be about 7 pounds at my check up this week.

Appointments, anything going on this week? I had a check in with the midwives on Tuesday as well as an NST. All looks good. They don't do internal checks until you're due so I have no idea if I'm dilated at all. Also seeing the chiropractor tomorrow - it has helped so much with hip pain.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Increased swelling and resulting carpal tunnel and tarsal tunnel. It SUCKS. Also more acid reflux.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm going back and forth about being ready to be in labor and being really scared that I haven't done enough prep for it. I have stayed fairly active until recently when I broke my toe - just between walking to and from the train every day and then from the train to my office I was walking about 2-3 miles a day. Not so much now that I'm driving to the station. I also had lofty goals about doing squats several times a week that haven't panned out. I've skipped yoga the last couple weeks because of my foot, but I think I'm just going to tape it up and go this weekend. I might have to have a bunch of modifications but my body needs it. Anyone else worried about the physical endurance required?

GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? This is hard. Probably the pie, but I can't pick between pecan and pumpkin.

Appointments, anything going on this week? Had an impromptu appt today, because I thought my water may have broken. Turns out it didn't.

Super uncomfortable, BH, muscle cramps, sciatica, bloody nose, pressure, vomiting and nausea, heart burn, the fun stuff.

Rants/Raves/Questions?

DS has been a little terror lately on top of being super clingy. Maybe his sixth sense is telling him things are about to majorly change or maybe he can sense how guilty I feel for having another baby so soon.

Appointments, anything going on this week?
Appointment today, 1 cm dilated and losing my mucus plug all over the place. In l&d for fluids tonight, another appointment Tuesday if we don't have a baby first.

Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions?
Aversions to everything since nothing has stayed down. Really craving a glass of Barefoot bubbly pink moscato but that will have to wait til after Rhett makes his big debut.

Rants/Raves/Questions?
Just ready for baby to be here. Looking forward to a time when IV fluids and not keeping down water is no longer the norm.

GTKY: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish?
My grandmother makes amazing chicken dressing, Mac and cheese, and pumpkin pie. She did promise she would make all that for me after Rhett gets here if he stays put on Thanksgiving, so I'm excited about that.
