Lactose in tolerate??

My little guy just turned 1 a little over a week ago. A couple months back we gave him yogurt and the first few times he ate it he was fine then after a few days he started getting a rash around his mouth from it. so we stopped giving him yogurt. then a few days ago i introduced milk and he was dribbling it down his chin and he started getting the same rash.
I've drank milk, ate cheese, icecream, yogurt, etc. all while breastfeeding and still do and he has never had any problems. has anyone else experience this before??

I think that whatever it is could have been broken down enough in your milk to have not been an issue. It sounds like something to keep your eye on for sure.
