Low Lying Placenta

I had my anatomy scan last week and was told I have a low lying placenta. The placenta is currently over my previous c-section scar. In 8 weeks I have to have another c-section to ensure the placenta moved. If it doesn't move there's a chance I can develop placenta accreta. Very scary stuff. I don't recommend googling if you don't already know what it is. But I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this?

    Did you get an answer to  this question or have you had the baby. just found out I am at similar risk. it has taken all my willpower  not to Google. hope you and your baby are doing well!

    I'm scheduled for my 3rd c section on Jan 12 and am being monitored for this as well.  I went for a scan at 28 weeks and they want me back at 32 and will decide then if they are going to let me carry until 38 weeks or start givng me steroid shots and take the baby at 36.
