More same. Just keep moving.
3. Any challenges this week?
Normally go to yoga Tuesday/Thursday but had a doula meeting last Thursday, pediatrician appointment this Tuesday, and a moving screening this Thursday. I feel bad skipping so many. Considered skipping the screening since it's not a necessity, but I feel like FI and I spending time together is important right now.
4. How did you do with your goals last week?
Eh. Only one yoga day. It was pretty warm in the afternoons so skipped a few walks. And the whole getting dark early thing makes evening walks harder.
5. GTKY: Do you plan to keep exercising up until labor/induction/c-section?
As long as I can! Other women in my yoga class are there days before their due date. If they can do it, so can I.

2. What is your fitness goal this week?
Be active, whatever days. Ha. I was going to do something today, but took a nap after work instead. It's on my list to get on my treadmill sometime this week, and hopefully a couple times.
3. Any challenges this week?
Not really. I am off Friday, and am off early the rest of the week (minus Thursday), so unless I run errands with that extra time... I should be able to get something in. Especially with Friday off and nothing planned for the weekend except possibly holiday decorating, laundry and doing baby things. We're supposed to get our first snow storm, too... so I will be staying put more than likely. DH will be gone Wed-Sun in Montana hunting.
4. How did you do with your goals last week?
Failed, that about sums it up. Which is OK by me. I got some walking in a few days, so I guess that counts.
5. GTKY: Do you plan to keep exercising up until labor/induction/c-section? My last day of work is Thursday, so I will have LOTS of time to get workouts in most days. I can do it in the morning and go on with my day since I'll have nothing else going on that is set in stone, at lest right now anyway. So I hope so, at least on the treadmill and a low impact workouts mixed in.
