Wish to conceive but cannot due to previous c-section

Dear all

Last March I had a C-Section but I wish to get pregnant again so that they are not apart from eachother. Recently my period is delaying and I am freaking out as I cannot get pregnant again for now - according to my Gynae. I did a test this morning but I didn't keep the stick in the urine for 5 seconds but just for 2. Still the test marked as negative.

**Removed for TOU violation**

Do you think the test is Ok or I have to redo it again? its just that I didnt give it enough time

It is against the TOU to ask if you are pregnant. If the test is negative, you are not pregnant at this time.

My period didn't return until 6 months PP and wasn't anywhere near regular until 9-10 months PP, so it is entirely possible that your body hasn't returned to normal yet. After my section, my OB recommended that I wait at least 1 year before attempting to conceive again due to an increased risk of uterine rupture. If your OB is suggesting that you wait (which I believe is what you are implying in your post? I'm not sure), then you should take the medical professional's advice and wait.
