Ovary pain on estrogen tablets

I'm currently taking estrogen to grow my lining for FET. This is day 7 and I've been starting to have a lot discomfort around my left ovary. This is the only drug I am on right now. Has anyone else had this prior to FET?

I did. I have endometriosis so I attributed the pain to a flare up from the estrogen.
