2: How was your last week? Not bad actually! Got up early 2x to lift weights, been taking long walks at work, and headed to the gym today.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Diet's still a struggle for me. I have a sizable lack of willpower when it comes to carbs and sweets. I need to find a better balance!
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? My folks are here, so we're going to try at least one new restaurant in town this weekend!

2: How was your last week? It was good! I started a 6 week prenatal yoga class and have been really enjoying it. Also took the dog out on a walk a couple of nights.
3: What are your goals for the week ahead? Continue prenatal yoga, working out with my trainer on Mondays, and walking the dog as long as the weather stays nice. Hoping to add a second gym trip if I can just get the motivation!
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? We are heading to start a registry this weekend so that probably means we will treat ourself by going out for dinner.

3: What are your goals for the week ahead? I think I'd like to continue with my 4 workouts/week. I've been feeling pretty good lately. I find on days when I don't work out, I'm more sore in my lower back. So I guess that means I need to keep active.
4: How are you going to treat yourself this week/celebrate your body and its accomplishments? Not at all . I have a big deadline on Monday so I've been busy for the last month working all day everyday. I'll celebrate after that.
