Blood vessels breaking out on chest

Does any one have little blood vessels breaking out on your chest? They look like little tiny red dots for me. They don't itch or anything just noticed it happening about four weeks ago and it has not gone away.

It is really strange.... not a huge concern of mine, but was just curious if anyone else was having this same thing!
