On endometrin and seeing weird discharge!??

i know that the pill will leak out a bit and that been an opaque white.  But just before along with the white, I saw on the liner like a pale pale pastel green color. When I wiped my vaginal area right then it came up clear. Nothing is itching me. I have an appointment on Monday, can I ask him then or is this not normal?
