I've been in L&D for BP monitoring since 11. They took a blood sample that was inexplicably painful and took two sticks to get enough blood out. They also took a urine sample and lost it, I just found out right after I took a trip to the restroom. So I'm grumpy, hungry, and just want out of this torture chamber of a bed before my pelvis cracks in half. That's all.
@austenista Yuck! Hopefully good news comes your way!
Minor WTF, but I wonder why they even make maternity sweaters. Aren't we all hot most of the time the way it is? I bought a few prior to Fall thinking they'd be great. Nope. Too dang hot, even with my bipolar weather office building and what it's been outside. Plus, and I only have some from Motherhood, their arm lengths are so odd. I have normal length arms for my 5'5" body... and getting the size medium, the arms are still too short. I end up rolling them up anyways, but it'd be nice to wear them all the way down and not have them feel like flood arms (ya know, like flood (short) pants).

@Kacie209 I have 2 maternity sweaters and I love them. been wearing them since September 1...and I'm in AZ. it was in the 80s until today. the sleeves are 3/4 length which I actually like.
WTF to all my coworkers who are still talking about the election and the results. Thank god I had headphones with me so I could conveniently ignore them all

WTF to my coworkers who have repeatedly made it known over the past month that they think I'm *so* big. I told them today that the baby is actually measuring in the 33rd percentile, so he's not that big, and perhaps I'm showing more due to my height. They're all like "oh, that can't be right." I realize ultrasounds aren't that accurate in predicting weight, but I don't think they're off by THAT much (aka my less than 50th percentile child is not actually going to be a 10 pounder, no matter how big you think my bump is, thanks).
@sourlemon Maybe it's just me, then... ha! I sweat just sitting around our house. I love in the upper Midwest and our highs have been in the 50's-60's lately which is very abnormal for our area.

@Kacie209 I wish I was getting some of that pregnant lady heat! I've always run pretty cold and I was kind of looking forward to being warm for once, but no such luck. It's starting to cool down here and I'm so looking forward to big, cozy maternity sweaters.
@Kacie209 I know exactly what you mean. I am hot all the time. We live in the Northeast and it has been getting cooler the past few weeks, but we haven't put the heat on yet because I am still in a t-shirt sweating around the house. My poor FI is wearing sweatshirts and freezing.
@Kacie209 and @caffeinenut- add me to overheated pregnant lady list! I'm so hot all the time and my office at work is always hot, too. I even freeze my husband out at home and he's pretty hot-natured too. I'm in Mississippi and we are finally starting to get some cooler weather- thank goodness!
I wanted to add another wtf. For those of you planning to use a babies r us completion coupon, beware that they are having issues with some of the codes. After trying to use it online for 4 days and two 40 minutes phone calls, I was finally able to place my order. She ended up not using my completion code, but creating another 10% off code. I just thought it might be helpful for other ladies that were planning on using it. Because it was really aggravating me!!
