I made Kentucky Two-Step Soup and cornbread last night (so named because my aunt in Kentucky used to make it and it takes two steps). Tomorrow I think I'm making chicken parm casserole. Wednesday I think we're having shrimp and pasta with easy bechamel. Thursday is left-overs because we have grad school class, and Friday we're going to Austin!

Ive been so lazy with cooking the past few weeks so had in mind that I wanted to actually make something from scratch this week but again im just not feeling it. Tonight we had stuffed peppers with mac and cheese, tomorrow we will have korean bbq marinated beef tenderloin with rice and steamed veggies, and then I will probably do a frozen pizza and salad wednesday, maybe spaghetti and sauce on thursday and friday sometimes we order pizza or have burgers and fries and milkshakes. Cant think as far ahead as the weekend right now
Apparently DH is out of town Wednesday and Thursday night so I'll be eating cereal or leftovers. Thinking crockpot chicken and noodles for tonight but not sure we will be home in time to get that accomplished.
We have my parents in town Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights so I didn't plan too much this week as they'll want to go out a few times. I did make this on Sunday to bring as a side dish to go with burgers and it was SO YUMMY: https://www.chelseasmessyapron.com/mexican-street-corn-pasta-salad-2/

We're making this Thursday night - it's one of my favorite easy and yummy dinners and the flavors come together even better the next day! https://www.lizzywrite.com/2010/05/korean-beef.html
