I don't actually know if I'm peezing because the discharge is insane! (Though I'm sure it's the same as quickening in that "I'll just know!") I just feel so swampy and is one of the reasons why I'm never in the mood. I don't want DH around there any more than I want to be.

I agree....I'm feeling super unsexy at this point. Sigh
@Spartanrd4 DH has been very understanding and lets me constantly know how sexy I am to him. You'd think that'd help, but clearly my high school self was wrong: I don't need validation from men. It's ME who needs to think I'm sexy in order to do the deed!
Yes, swamp vagina here too! Does that last throughout pregnancy or will it eventually go away?? Also, I'm dealing with a fun new symptom of excruciating tailbone. Fun times!
I'm starting to feel my ribs achy from the growing belly. This was one of my worst symptoms with my first.. I couldn't sit or do much without my ribs being in so much pain! I thought maybe it wouldn't come around this time since things are probably already stretched out but it's starting..
I also work on my feet standing in basically one spot for 8 hours on a concrete floor.. I said today that I'm not sure how I'm going to be able to do this until March. I only get to sit for my 30 minute lunch, then it's back to standing. My feet feel it, my back.. my neck..
Ugh yes to the discharge. The amount of gas I'm producing has also increased. Also I feel if I drink anything other than water my body hates it - like pain when peeing. Which is really really weird to me, but it's not a UTI because I've been tested and it's literally only when I switch water out for something with more sugar. Sigh.

@runboorun sorry to hear you're feel sad today. I have days like that here and there where i feel down, but usually it turns around the next day. Good on ya for making a mental note to flag it if need be. I don't think enough people flag their health professionals when their mood is low.
I have a history of SAD, so I'm trying to keep an eye on the mood myself as the days get shorter and darker.
@npaulie - I do have a history of depression, so I'm always aware. I haven't had an episode for the past 2-3 years, but I know that pregnancy can trigger. I also haven't been exercising practically at all lately and lack of exercise is a trigger for me. So I'm going to get my workouts done this week and see if that helps.
I'm also feeling like I'm getting sick (body aches, chills) so maybe it's just that. Or maybe it's nothing.
Still having problems with this back pain when I lay down, it's in different areas of my back but will still go across between ribs pretty quickly. Snoogle not helping.
ETA figured it out! Last night I slept with a snoogle plus a little bundled blanket under my waist that helped keep my spine straight (I'm curvy and the sides of my waist still go in a fair amount, bump's alllll up front). Much better.
I'm just feeling sad today. Don't know why. If I'm still feeling like this by my check in appt on Thursday, I'll mention it to my midwife.
I hear you @RunBooRun! I had a few rough days last week too. Feeling much better now! The pregnancy hormones are intense. I think talking it through with a midwife or therapist or a friend is a great idea. There are just so many crazy emotions to sort out. We are here for you too. Good luck!
I've been wanting something sweet but can't eat it because as soon as I do I'll get an awful headache from all of the sugar. This only happens when I'm pregnant and I was the same way with my son. I guess the silver lining is it keeps me from shoving my face with chocolate and pastries.
@RunBooRun I'm so sorry you're sick! I hope you get better really soon. Maybe you were feeling down the other day because you were coming down with something. (ETA - unintentional pun)
I have been so spacey lately, and I feel like my short-term memory is getting worse! I do jot down notes and lists, but they aren't always helpful, since I sometimes lose those lol.
So the sciatica is horrible today. Last night, I squatted on the floor to play with my dog and then basically couldn't get back up. I had trouble walking or putting weight on my right leg all evening and DH had to help me around like I was a 90 year old.
I'm walking fine, albeit very delicately, today. Fortunately my boss is understanding and I'm leaving shortly to go spoon with my heating pad.
Yes to the discharge! Feeling all kinds of gross. Also, LOL at "peezing"
And what happened to the 2nd tri energy burst? Nothing in comparison to the 1st tri, but the last couple of days I've come home feeling super drained at the end of the day.
I may be wrong, but I think baby finally flipped! The low pelvis kicks have stopped, and now today I feel little pokes in my ribs! Stay head down, little one-mama doesn't like being kicked in the crotch all day.

Oh man, I'm just pounding all the chocolate and especially all the Reese's PB cups.
@RunBooRun hope you feel better it sucks to be sick when pregnant.
Ive been waking up lately with a lot of tingling and numbness in my hands, which is weird. The shortness of breath is so ever present. All the getting up and peeing sevral times at night feels like the nights is going so slow without feeling well rested.

The tingling and numbness could be pregnancy-related carpal tunnel. I had it in both wrists/hands with DS. I ended up sleeping with braces on, which helped some.
@lilies5/28/06 I woke up last night with tingling in my hands too, but I think it was because I rolled onto my back at some point in the night. I had carpel tunnel last time like @chrlyr mentioned, but it didn't start until after birth, hoping it doesn't start earlier this time around (or at all for that matter).
@CanadianintheSouth I get this basically every night and I pretty much stay in my sides but have tendency to tuck my hands under my head. Not sure if that is also the cause. But it's driving me insane. @chrlyr who did you get the braces from did you have to see your PCP or were you able to get it from your OBGYN. I have an appt next week so hoping to bring it up then.
I just realized last night I'm growing like proper sideburns. I mean, theyre mostly white fuzzy hairs, but there is a TON of hair growing by my ears/jaw line
Weird resurgence of morning sickness and smell/food aversion. Ugh, thought that was over! On the up side, I got my first really strong unmistakable kick this week. It actually hurt a bit, but I was too excited to care.
My morning sickness has calmed down significantly after 9 weeks of total hell, but has been replaced by dreadful discharge bleehhhh, super anxiety over the gender, insane dreams and nesting! Craving baked goods and Italian food, but feeling tons of movement starting in the last week! Im also very salty and impatient with everything, a side effect of the gender anxiety thing haha. But I will take this craziness over the morning sickness any day! Interesting to read about pregnancy carpal tunnel and so sorry its a thing for some of you!
Went for my AS on Friday and found out baby girl is hanging out head down. Would be great if I was close to my due date, but right now it is just killing me! Every move I make hurts one side of my pelvis and I've already started doing the pregnant lady wobble if I walk around for a while. Anyone have any tips???
I have been very lucky! My whole pregnancy has been soooo easy! I still am able to workout the way I was before I found out... I love feeling all of the movement and sleeping has been a breeze! Now let's hope that this little wiggle worm is just a good to me when he decides to make his entrance into the world!!!
I am a bottomless pit. I swear I'm always hungry. It's gotten to the point where I don't even believe my stomach. I don't remember being like this with DS until maybe the end. I'm dreading stepping on the scale in a couple of weeks lol. My aunt reminded me that I am growing a baby after all, but STILL! I feel like I'm growing an entire defensive line!
Re: Symptoms - Week of 10/31
Feet are also achy by the end of the day. But that at least is nothing soaking in the bath doesn't help.
I'm getting random shooting pain in my cervix, which I'm thinking might be kicks. Not sure, though. Definitely not lightning crotch.

@RunBooRun - I have those days too, but it normally lasts for only a day. Cheer up! You have one big thing, that I can think of, to NOT be sad about

Trying to only take Tylenol when I can't stand it anymore.

Anyone else had an easy pregnancy?!
