Symptoms? Definitely feeling this baby daily! And my belly is out of control
Rant/Rave/Questions? We had our anatomy scan this past Monday. Everything looks great and we can't wait to reveal the gender! But our family pictures got pushed back until after Thanksgiving and that's when we hoped to announce Oh well.
GTKY: What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Or if you are in a different country, traditions in November? This year we are visiting my in-laws and my family 5 hours away. We tend to switch off on travelling every holiday season.
Symptoms? some RLP, some days I'm so tired idk how I make it at work all day, and my bowels seem to be totally unsure what they want to do. They either don't want to work for days or they want to work 17 times a day.
Rant/Rave/Questions? none really, I just hope there will be a time soon where I'll know for SURE that it's baby moving and not something else.
GTKY: What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Or if you are in a different country, traditions in November? we are actually hosting Thanksgiving this year. My DH comes from a divorced family so he has 2 sides and my parents are together so normally we have 3 places to visit on the holidays. I hate spending the whole day driving from place to place so I decided to invite everyone over this year so we can enjoy the day as you are supposed to....snacking all day long and spending time with family. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday
Rant/Rave/Questions? I've had a wicked cold for the last week. I'd like it to go away now, please. In good news, we might be inching towards an agreement on a name!
GTKY: What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Or if you are in a different country, traditions in November? We're driving to Charlotte (about 4-ish hours) to spend it with my best friend's parents, whom I've known for over 20 years, so they're really more like a second family to me. That in itself should be fun, but to be honest, I'm especially excited not to be hosting it myself this year, as I've done for the last two, because, damn, it's a lot of work! I will still be making the green bean casserole and all the pies, though! Mmmmm.
Symptoms? not much to speak of at this point. I'm ready for some flutters
Rant/Rave/Questions? I want to get started on redoing the bedroom upstairs and start going through baby stuff. I'm impatient even though we have time
GTKY: What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Or if you are in a different country, traditions in November we alternate between in laws and my parents house. this year we are at the inlaws. Next year I want to resume my tradition of doing the local turkey trot 8k
Symptoms? Headaches. Almost all the time. I am trying Excedrin Tension + electrolytes.
Rant/Rave/Questions? Still no bump. Just looks like a "too many tacos" belly. I'm surprised, this is baby #2 and I am smaller than before. I thought I would be showing by now.
GTKY: What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Or if you are in a different country, traditions in November? Thanksgiving is my favorite!! Fall, food, family, football without the stress of Christmas. We switch between DH's and my family each year, so this year we are spending Thanksgiving in town with my family. DH has guilt about his mom being alone for Thanksgiving (or any holiday we miss) and I am so over it. He has 3 sisters who all have in-laws as well. I hate trying to travel to multiple locations across the state each holiday, and I just wont do it anymore.
Appointments this week? nope, anatomy scan on 11/15
Symptoms? Definitely feeling the baby move a lot more, we saw Doctor Strange on Saturday and baby moved the entire 2nd half of the movie lol. Acne is still an issue, and I'm having eczema flair ups on the back of my knees.
Rant/Rave/Questions? We officially announced yesterday to the world that we're having baby #2. I mean anyone who has seen me in person knows, but we announced on FB since we have a lot of friends and family out of state or just don't see all the time.
GTKY: What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Or if you are in a different country, traditions in November? My parents are divorced, and so are my mom's parents so growing up I used to go to 3-4 meals on each major holiday... Thankfully not anymore. My mom moved hers and her mother's to the weekend before so my mom can visit her in-laws on the actual holiday. My in-laws live out of state so we're not going to theirs, we'll see them before Christmas. On the actual day, I'll have my dad's and my grandpa's (mom's dad) so not too much travel this year. I was relieved when my mom moved hers a few years ago, especially now that we're having kids!
