  • 1.  What is your health/nutrition goal this week? Eat well. Get my greens in, as I slack in that area.

    2.  What is your fitness goal this week? Be active when I can be. My feet hurt so bad that I am not even sure if wearing athletic shoes that actually fit me would even help IF I decided to do something at home... or make my way tot the gym. So, I will try for at least 2 days, and will count walking around stores as some exercise on Friday, when I have a day off.

    3.  Any challenges this week? Not much, actually. DH comes home from hunting tomorrow, so I may do something tonight once I am home from work. Like I said, I have Friday off... so I can either do something at home in the morning before getting ready, or already have plans with my mom to check out some shops in town - so walking will be something. I have a nail appointment Thursday, and a football game to go Saturday - so no workouts those days.

    4.  How did you do with your goals last week? Blah. I walked a lot Friday afternoon, but after that... I was exhausted and my feet hurt SOOOOOO bad. I am still recovering.

    5.  GTKY:  (Borrowed from Sunday's Ticker Change)  Do you like Daylight Savings Time?  Why or Why not?  How are you adjusting? I like falling back, but I hate springing forward. I enjoyed being up at an earlier time yesterday to start on things, but did not enjoy being wide awake an hour before I needed to be this morning. When I worked earlier hours, it was nice going to work in the dark and coming home in the light. But, now that my hours are later... I leave in the light and come home in the dark. It makes me feel so blah. I like the daylight!!

  • 1.  What is your health/nutrition goal this week?
    Protein. More protein. I've done better this past week, but I could always use more.
    2.  What is your fitness goal this week?
    Do anything...hopefully 3-5 days a week. My fitbit has been judging me.
    3.  Any challenges this week?
    My schedule is chaotic in general.
    4.  How did you do with your goals last week?
    Better than expected though not fantastic: Tuesday - Walk and weights; Friday - Walk; Saturday - Elliptical, rowing machine, and walking uphill
    5.  GTKY:  (Borrowed from Sunday's Ticker Change)  Do you like Daylight Savings Time?  Why or Why not?  How are you adjusting? Generally I enjoy it. I don't tend to wake up at a later time, but I feel all productive with an early start in the morning. I had some nice just-me time yesterday when I woke up long before DH and DD.

  • 1.  What is your health/nutrition goal this week?
    Same. Limit eating out. Make healthy meals at home. 

    2.  What is your fitness goal this week?
    Keep up the walks and yoga. 

    3.  Any challenges this week?
    Thursday night we have our second doula meeting, so I'll miss yoga. Maybe I'll try and do a little at home after the meeting. 

    4.  How did you do with your goals last week?
    Pretty good. Forgot to go to yoga on Tuesday. Like I was getting in bed at night and remembered it was Tuesday and I was supposed to go. Oops. Walked about a mile every weekday. Did a lot of walking at the beach on Saturday and around a nature preserve on Sunday. 

    5.  GTKY:  (Borrowed from Sunday's Ticker Change)  Do you like Daylight Savings Time?  Why or Why not?  How are you adjusting?
    Meh. Don't care too much. Like waking up when it's like. Hate that it gets dark early. But I adjust fine. I usually go to bed and wake up according to the time on the clock, not a feeling, so it's not much different.

    -green things
    2.  What is your fitness goal this week?
    -mon: elliptical+strength, tues: swim, wed: elliptical and strength, thurs: ?, Fri: off or swim, Sat+Sun: not sure yet but try to get some walking in
    3.  Any challenges this week?
    MIL is visiting starting Thursday so I'm not sure how our days will go
    4.  How did you do with your goals last week?
    Trash. It was an absurd week with all day meetings and DH being completely out of pocket. So yea, there was some convenience eating and missed workouts.

    NO!!! No one notifies my toddler that he needs to sleep an hour later in the morning!
