chemical pregnancy?

So here's my story. I took a test 4 days before my missed period. It was positive. Went to the dr as I have a history of ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. He didn't see anything on the ultrasound. Throughout this, I had subtle symptoms, but had a sense of something. It felt like a big hug

. So Thursday 10/14 mid day, all of these feelings went away. I just knew it was gone. My boobs are still sore but that it, no period or bleeding yet. I just went to get my blood taken today and go back in tomorrow.

This has caused a lot of turmoil in the house with the hubby. Not fun when suspecting a miscarriage. Anyone have this happen? Could I still be pregnant? When will my period come and when will I ovulate again? So many questions. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I'm curious to what happened? I have many of the same questions. I had a very faint positive on monday 10/31 on friday 11/4, I had severe cramping and diarrhea a 1/2 dollar size clot then spotting. after work that day I spiked a fever, it broke during the night and now I'm bleeding, took another test this morning and its negative. going to the dr tomorrow

Chemical pregnancy is possible. I got a BFP on 11dpo last month, went for a hcg draw on 13dpo and 15dpo. My levels didn't double appropriately and by 19dpo, I began bleeding.
