Roller coaster ride

Hey Ladies so it has been a crazy few weeks...As most of you know I was a week late before we got our bfp...went for 1st so no on Oct. 24th should have been 6+6 and they saw an empty sac...we went back on Nov.2 for scan #2 the sac grew and they thought they saw the start of the fetal pole....they told Us to come back next Thursday for follow u/s....jump to today...started cramping and bleeding...we run to the doctor thinking we are out and they do sono and the see a fetal pole so much more was present in just 2 days....they say I am measuring 5 weeks 6 days...so now we go to on on Monday and so no on Thursday hopeful to see more growth....positive thought and any advice is appreciated
