Trick or treating tonight with my little scarecrows!! Apparently my daughter wasn't in a picture mood...this was trick or treating at our aquarium yesterday.
We're just waiting for the sun to go down here, but DS is one of the Brave triplets (cause when your kid has curly red hair, bright blue eyes and a mischievous personality how can you not) and DD is a ladybug. DH and I will alternate taking them around the neighborhood and giving out candy.
DD is a candy corn tonight. She was Princess Liea for trunk or treat yesterday, but we didn't get any pictures of that. We were too busy passing out candy.
My son was NOT thrilled about trick or treating tonight due to an extra long day/short nap/early morning so these were the best pics I got! He made the best Oompa Loompa!
Loving all of your Halloween pics! I have been reaping the rewards of Halloween all day because a ton of parents brought their kids' candy into the office today. Give me all of the candy.
@kscheich I think the oompa loompa costume might be my fave, very well executed and adorable.
@Elyse1384 Are you lucky enough to live somewhere warm? It was practically snowing here so costumes must be chosen based on how many layers can fit under it haha.
@thankfully Oh no we are not warm weather here. We're in Massachusetts and that picture was taken indoors while visiting my parents this weekend (I took pictures on my camera last night and didn't transfer them yet). I had a turtleneck that DD had to wear under her ladybug top and both kids went out in winter jackets, gloves, hats and wrapped in blankets (we pulled them in a wagon). DD actually only went to the immediate neighbors anyway since she didn't seem 100% (so typical for our family on holidays/vacations). I love New England, but the temperature most years for Halloween is far from ideal for little ones.
I can't see your picture for some reason!
Edit: Never mind - I can see your pic now! I love it!
@Elyse1384 That's my life too, also in New England. It was actually nice and crisp when we started but the temp dropped fast. I'm always a little jealous when I see Halloween pics from friends in CA or the south.
@thankfully Thank you! I was a little nervous when I first decided to do it but it actually turned out to be pretty easy to put together! You're kiddos all look so happy!!!
