Today I called my doctor (whom I haven't even seen yet and won't see for another 2 weeks) dozens of times. Her nurse didn't pick up. Not once. I started bleeding on Monday but since it was after sex and only a small amount I googled it and read it was normal. But the bleeding has not stopped. It's dark brown but it's there every time I use the bathroom and every time I wipe. I was hoping today I could get some advice on what to do over the phone from my doctor since I won't see her until the 15th but that practice seems to always be too busy?? Stupid to even say. The hospital in which my doctor works is 45 minutes away. Should I make the trip or should I go to the ER in town? I've had bad experiences at the ER here that's why I'm skeptical about going.
