I am 28 years old and got diagnosed with endometriosis two years ago. I also had a pelvic inflammatory disease at the same time, I've always had unbearable painful cramps, and very
heavy periods. Additionally, my doctor told me that the endometriosis
is blocking my right fallopian tube, making it hard to have kids one
day. I'm in a lot of pain and I am very sad my quality of life is very poor. I hope surgery will allow me to conceive, or if there is any natural treatment out there? thanks for any help.

I so agree with @Jwatt5 - the first question I ever ask someone is have you altered your diet? It can seem overwhelming and a lot of people give it up when it doesn't help them right away, but given time, diet was the single most effective thing for me to manage my symptoms. I would be on the floor sobbing in pain and prescribed narcotic painkillers to cope, and now rarely even have to take a midol. It's not an overnight fix, and it requires dedication and work at a time when you're already feeling so crummy but it pays off. My quality of life has changed beyond belief.
I outlined my diet changes in this video if you're interested... https://youtu.be/1GPbZucO_34
I acknowledge diet changes are individual and the same thing doesn't work for everyone. You really have to learn what are your triggers and adapt accordingly. I found a food sensitivities test was a good place for me to start and then as I felt better I would re-introduce foods and see how I felt. That being said, the biggest ones are NO dairy, NO wheat, NO alcohol, NO caffeine (I've found matcha green tea powder alright), NO red meat.
I also found acupuncture, castor oil packs, and reiki have helped me. Good luck and if you have any questions at all please feel free to pm me and ask. Big hugs to you... I remember feeling like you describe and it's so discouraging and frustrating, especially when those around you don't understand and get tired of hearing you complain or bail on plans because of your wellness.
