Since we're not going to go trick or treating, just visit family and of course take pictures, I've decided to make a costume. I call our lo pumpkin butt, I have no idea why I just have since she was born, so I'm going to use ribbon and tulle to make her a pumpkin costume.
I wanted my little guy to be Peter pan but I'm not sure. My eldest son will most likely be a super hero. My first daughter wants to be Elena of Avalor and I thought it would be cute if my second daughter would be tinker bell since she has blonde hair etc. but it depends on her. I want to do a family costume thing but with 6 of us im not sure lol. We will be trick or treating and definitely go to pumpkin patches.
My girl has had the craziest hair since day 1, so we're going to be the flinstones (so she can be pebbles). I'm planning on making it since it should be super easy. We'll probably go to a couple houses just to show her off, and there's usually something going on at work
I don't dress up (haven't since 5th grade), neither does DH. DD1 3yo will probably be some Disney junior character (although she said yesterday she wanted to be superman, so we'll see). DD2 will be Minnie Mouse. We got her an outfit at the Disney store to take with us to DisneyWorld the week after Halloween, so that's what she'll wear.
DH and I are going to be scarecrows and our little lady is either going to be a baby scarecrow or a pumpkin. I love fall! I'm so excited for her first holiday season!
I live in a country where they're only just getting into Halloween. It's mosty for adults here, from what I've seen. Anyway, it's not the same. I'll give Halloween a nod and dress the little guy in a glow-in-the-dark shirt that says "Scary Handsome". Ordered it from the Gap.
Maybe we'll meet more Americans with kids here and be able to have "real" Halloween when he's a bit older.
My 3 year old son is going to be Ash Ketchum from Pokemon. My 7mo old daughter is going to be Pikachu, and DH and I will be Misty and Brock, also from Pokemon. I plan to do a yellow tutu with tail, yellow leggings and onesie, and a pikachu hat for her costume.
My LO has fair skin and a ton of dark hair so we are going with Snow White. I found this costume and it looks easy enough to make. I doubt we're going trick or treating so it'll just be for pictures and to go see some friends. Hubs has to work that day.
My little man got to celebrate at daycare! Next year I will get him a real costume. They are really starting to embrace Halloween here - the whole place was decked out!
