Am i the only one feeling like this. I will eat all day. I just laughed to myself when i realized i have so much in my lunch bag . 20 billion things. lol
Yesterday, I ate a cookie and a donut from Publix and had a bowl of ice cream after dinner. That's in addition to all of the OTHER food I consumed throughout the day.
Yes, I have been nonstop hungry. As soon as I finish eating something I am on to the next thing. Lately, I also have found myself waking up in the middle of the night to eat. I *try* to make good choices most of the time, so there's that.
I eat CONSTANTLY. I don't remember it being like this with DD. But I literally have first breakfast, then second breakfast, then first lunch, then second lunch, etc, etc.
You are certainly NOT alone! I swear, eating is officially a hobby. I don't think I ever get full. I started using MyFitnessPal again, because I was curious how much I was actually eating....it wasn't good news, that's for sure!
I was that way with DD. My appetite with boys has been different than when pregnant with a girl. Plus it was the only way I wasn't completely nauseated all the time.

@ChristinaWild I started tracking with MyFitnessPal too. Although my reasoning was to make sure I was eating enough and getting enough protein (I'm vegetarian) for twins. I sure can burn through calories fast these days though.
I'm only half kidding when I joke about my fear of gestational diabetes. Salty carbs and sweet candy are my jams recently. I try to make good choices, but I didn't get that many trick-or-treaters last night and I have sooo much candy left. I need SO much food.
@SparkySunDevil I just tagged you in another thread, looks like you're my twin... Soft pretzels and nacho cheese is my favorite thing ever. If I could eat that every meal of my life I would
I thought about Thanksgiving too, which I cannot wait for so I can eat allllll the things. I also eat all damn day and am impossibly hungry an hour after a big meal. My first pregnancy was the same way.
I ate a lot the first few weeks, but can't now due to the nausea. I do not enjoy food anymore and I kind of miss that. I'm sure it'll come back again at some point.

I have to eat constantly or else I feel sick! Sometimes I feel sick even if I've eaten a ton. It's the worst to make yourself eat all day when you're miserable. Lol!

If someone could help me understand why I volunteered to collect my office's excess Halloween candy to bring to a donation for the troops set up that my gym has, I'd be really grateful. There's a box of candy sitting in my office just toying with my emotions. I want to eat it all!
@nda_roxybabe : in the frozen aisle of most grocery stores, you can find a brand of pretzel (literally called SoftPretzel) that you can microwave and it turns out so soft and yummy... sure beats hitting a restaurant for takeout and then getting it home like 30 minutes later, all cold and hard anyway. Be sure to nuke it how it says (with a little sprinkle of water to "steam" it) and it'll turn out pretty yummy. As far as the metly cheese part... that's tricky... sometimes I just throw a piece of American on it for another 12 seconds. Bonus tip: right next to the SoftPretzels are SoftPretzel Sticks that are little tiny nuggets of pretzels that come with cheese already inside. Those really are the best! If you have a toaster oven (or regular oven, but who wants to wait that long?) they turn out the best, but I've microwaved them in a pinch and they're literally vanished before even hitting a plate. Good luck on your hunt!
@SKZW I've bought those before, but the lack of cheese really annoys me. What, am I supposed to eat it plain? They should include cheese. Hmm...might still go for it.
@Jenshoes@nda_roxybabe You guys are too funny. 1, I think they come packaged plain because some people prefer mustard to cheese? Whatever. Savages. 2, movie theater, great idea, but no take out container? would you just carry it sprinting to your car and gobble it there? 3, queso, YES! that is the PERFECT solution. That way, you'll run out of pretzel before cheese, instead of the other way around. 4, just remembered, Buffalo Wild Wings does a good warm pretzel app. <drool>
The amount of collaboration that has happened on this thread over the last hour to get some pregnant ladies some soft pretzels has been really inspiring.
"Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?...But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:26-27&33-34
I've always been a big eater but now it's so much more. I will have a seat with a bag of chips or eat cupcakes while watching cupcake wars. I scare myself sometimes.
@jessbruxanovaa : Yes, seriously! "Scary" is the appropriate word for my current eating habits too. I was on the phone chatting with someone about how I am eating ALL the time, and in my mind I wanted to say "I'll eat and then 15 minutes later I'm back in the kitchen, completely starving again, looking for food" and my mouth compensated smartly and said aloud "every hour I'm back in the kitchen" and the person was totally appalled at me! And my brain was like, "what the hell! I even lied in the first place and added more time to make me sound better, and it STILL sounds horrible!"
Wish I was more hungry and could enjoy food more again.. still in a food aversion/I might puke phase!
Also, we have an Auntie Anne's Pretzels shop in our local mall.. so soft pretzel with cheese is an option the next time I make it out! Although I might prefer the cinnamon-sugar pretzels..

I had about 3 fried pickles, maybe 4 onion rings, 2 boneless wings, and 1 bite of pretzel and decided I didn't want it and I was full.
