I intro'd, bowed out....and now I'm back :)

Hi ladies!
So it's been a crazy ride these last few weeks. I am still feeling uneasy about posting or being too active on this board because I feel like I might jinx myself, but here it goes....
I intro'd on the Intro thread - I got my BFP on October 4th and starting bleeding significantly on October 6th. My early HCG levels were doubling but my GP told me I was miscarrying (which is when I bowed out on the Intro thread). The bleeding stopped about a week later and my HCG levels were still rising (almost, but not doubling in 48 hours). I had an u/s on October 17th which showed an empty sac measuring 5 weeks (and I should have been about 6 weeks that day). My GP called again and said I had a blighted ovum and that I didn't pass all of the pregnancy with my bleed so she referred me to the Early Pregnancy Loss Clinic at the hospital. I had an u/s at the hospital on October 19th and the OB came into the room and said that the sac had grown since my u/s two days prior and that a fetal pole was now evident. And my HCG levels were still rising, and although not doubling in 48 hours, they were still meeting the threshold of a viable pregnancy (as per the literature, HCG levels have to increase at least 30% in 48 hours - mine were increasing more than that). They wanted me to come back in a week for another u/s. And all of this after the nurse had told me to prep for a D&C that afternoon (so I hadn't been eating or drinking).
I spotted heavily until I went back in last week and the baby was measuring 6w4d (so about a week behind what my LMP would suggest) but now had a heartbeat of 120!!! They told me everything looked good and I probably just O'd a week late (I wasn't tracking my cycle but the only thing that I can think of that supports this is that I had LOTS of fertile CM about a week after I normally would have O'd which I thought was odd at the time - I typically have very regular cycles). They discharged me back to my GP and said everything was good.
Fast forward to Saturday and I had another bleed of red blood and went back to the clinic at the hospital today. Again, baby was tucked in there measuring 7w0d with a heartbeat of 153!!! I discovered today that last week my u/s showed a small SCH which they never mentioned to me, which could explain the bleeding. On today's u/s it was absent so hopefully it's resolved now. I was a little concerned that my measurements/dates were all over the place but the OB said not to worry because dating isn't accurate until at least 8 weeks. I'm trying to take his advice and not worry even though it causes me tons of anxiety. I've been discharged back to my GP again for regular prenatal care and screening until I'm far enough along to be transferred back to my OB.
So, I guess I'm back! I may not be super active because I'm still feeling a lot of anxiety and stress over everything that has happened in the last few weeks, but hopefully things keep progressing well
DH says I need to remain positive so that's what I'm trying to do.
