What size is baby?
She weighed 7 lbs 3.2oz yesterday.
Upcoming appointments?
Nothing until her 2 month check up in November.

I'm really glad to hear she's 7 lbs. I was really worried because I had the supply issues. I felt like she was nursing all the time and not getting enough, but we must be doing something right.

Originally when discussing children I wanted three. However, while I was in the hospital I was so miserable I said I'd never do this again. But now that she's here and we've settled in a bit, I totally think I want at least a second child in a few years. I'm just worried about GD and preeclampsia again, I asked the midwife yesterday and she said it wasn't a guarantee I'd get it, but we'll see.
How far along are you? OR How old is your outside baby? 40 weeks today
What size is baby? The size of a watermelon or 9 lbs 4 oz at my last ultrasound. The midwife expects her to be at least 9 lbs if that estimate is off.
Upcoming appointments? I have a non-stress test Monday and a scheduled induction Tuesday night.
Rants/Raves/Questions? I didn't sleep at all last night and I'm just so tired of not having my baby. I broke down in tears this morning from frustration. I know due dates are estimates but it's been so long and I'm so ready.
Symptoms? No contractions, no cramps, no nothing.

(Stole from Sunday) My pregnancy wasn't planned and this baby will be a welcome bonus to my life that I wasn't expecting. Honestly, I never knew if I would have a child and right now it's just me and her. I really like that idea. I'll never say never, but I'm okay if she's my only one.
40 weeks!
Watermelon or what more appropriately feels like a watermelon patch.
A weekly appt on Monday when we will schedule an induction if I have no more progress. Which I am so sad about.
I was was really hoping I would go into labor on my own this time. I just feel disappointed in my body at this point. I am tired of living in limbo and I am so uncomfortable all the time. To top it off they won't do an induction until 41 weeks which is next Sat. And the hospital doesn't do inductions on weekends which means I would have to wait until Monday Nov 7th! Kill me now!
Both DH and I come from families of three kids so that is not off the table especially because DH would still like a boy. But this pregnancy has kicked my ass. So we'll see.

We've always said we wanted two, with a couple of years in between. Recently I've been thinking I could go for three, but I want to wait to decide til we see how hard it is to add the second.

too many questions to begin.
Raves- my parents being in town. My mom wakes up at 6am for grandbaby quality time. And my husband takes the evening shift from 10-2 or 3. So I've been really fortunate to not be totally sleep deprived. My mom also helps with getting CJ ready for her feedings so I can get situated in my glider. C-section incision makes me nervous to situate myself with CJ on my lap because I have To strain my abs.
Symptoms?
I keep thinking my bleeding is almost done, but there's still a bit hanging around. Tingly boobs, but the uncomfortable engorgement lasted only a day. Thank goodness. Incision occasionally hurts when I stretch in bed or try to get up off the glider from reclining with CJ in my arms.
CJ - my stump fell off! I love sleeping, but I hate pooping; sometimes it hurts so bad.

my pregnancy was a breeze. I have a feeling if I pushed my luck with two it would be the exact opposite. Not to mention I can't imagine affording two kids with daycare costs being more than our already high mortgage. Plus the NB stage is scary enough. Can't imagine throwing a toddler in the mix!
